Its possible that Velvet was involved with the CIA/NSA somehow similar to Mark Z. and Facebook.
Perhaps this is too much of a beer theory (im drunk as fk) but it may be a real possibility, seeing as Velvet doesn't have many clues to the nature of her sins, appearance wise (of course you could say the same about Vox and Valentino) but it could be a possibility. Maybe she made a tech startup in Silicon Valley that was similar to Twitter/Facebook or that she was a mid level employee at either company and got recruited by the state department. Though I dont know how she would've died, suicide perhaps? Maybe she was some kind of performative influencer, hence her jester/harlequin like appearance (both were known in European antiquity as being flamboyant performers for nobility.)
