  1. Support List Changes
  2. Ganesha (SSR AOE B --> Support B)
  3. Rating Ganesha as an AOE point was really silly. She has garbage NP damage despite her steroids, and her class isn't conducive to critting. At best, she can function as an alternative to Jeanne Ruler or Merlin, quest gimmicks notwithstanding.
  4.
  5. Nero Claudius (Bride) (SSR ST A --> Support S)
  6. After her buff, there's no reason to rate Nero as anything other than a support. Benienma, Hokusai, and Lancelot are all competent DPSers. Nero's buff, on the other hand, lets her stay on top as the best Arts Saber.
  7.
  8. Osakabehime (Support B --> Support C)
  9. Osakabehime continues her streak of being utterly ineffective for JP content. Theorycrafting can only do so much for a servant; they need the results to back them up. Osaka doesn't have that.
  10.
  11. BB (Summer) (Support S --> Support A)
  12. Chen Gong has greatly diminished the usefulness of Summer BB in general. She's now ideal primarily for ST fights where your point has the requisite damage already. Those don't come up very often though, making her less generally useful as the servants above her. A resurgence in ST content would make BB much more prominent though.
  13.
  14. There isn't a specific reasoning for any of the servants below. They simply fit better on the Support list than they do on the SR one. Their rating has been adjusted where appropriate. If you still wish to inquire about a placement though, please do!
  15. Chevalier d'Eon (SR B --> Support C)
  16. Chiron (SR S --> Support S)
  17. Gilgamesh (Caster) (SR A --> Support B)
  18. Helena Blavatsky (SR A --> Support B)
  19. Irisviel (Dress of Heaven) (SR E --> Support E)
  20. Lanling Wang (SR S --> Support A)
  21. Marie Antoinette (Caster) (SR B --> Support D)
  22. Mash Kyrielight (SR EX --> Support S)
  23. Martha (SR B --> Support C)
  24. Medea (Lily) (SR C --> Support C)
  25. Miyu Edelfelt (SR D --> Support D)
  26. Stheno (SR B --> Support C)
  27. Thomas Edison (SR B --> Support B)
  28. Tristan (SR A --> Support B)
  29. Wu Zetian (SR A --> Support B)
  30.
  31. AOE List Changes
  32. Anastasia Nikolaevna Romanova (SSR AOE A --> B)
  33. Nastya currently lacks an interlude, meaning she doesn't have much of an edge over the other AOE options for slower clears. And for farming, she's cleanly worse than servants like Kingprotea and Nero Caster.
  34.
  35. Arjuna (Alter) SSR AOE (SSR AOE S --> EX)
  36. Arjuna Requiem deserved all the hype he got and then some. He dominated nearly every EX match in Battle for New York, and without the aid of double Merlin cheese too. And of course, his farming ability is without peer. He's in close competition with Gilgamesh for the best Buster pointman in the game now.
  37.
  38. Bradamante (SSR AOE A --> B)
  39. Bradamante is hampered by her low base gain, making trilooping an issue. For CQs, she has marginally better damage than Parvati through SSR stats. However, she loses greatly when it comes to consistency. Pre-Interlude AOEs are becoming a harder sell as time goes on, and Bradamante doesn't cut it.
  40.
  41. Cleopatra (SSR AOE S --> B)
  42. Looking back, Cleo's high ratings were very pepega. Her DPS is very lopsided because of the RNG on Imperial Privilege. It's also hard to justify running her as a neutral damage dealer due to Assassin modifier. She's not bad by any means, but she's also not nearly as strong as previously advertised.
  43.
  44. Iskandar (SSR AOE D --> C)
  45. His buff gives him existent use in an AOE environment. Previously, he was just limited to farming due to his sigificant damage drop-off post-burst. He's not a very good SSR still, but at least there are worse ones.
  46.
  47. Katsushika Hokusai (SSR AOE S --> A)
  48. Time has not been very kind to our resident squid girl. On top of being saddled with the usual Arts memer issues (low damage, crit compatibility, survival), Rider Da Vinci and Summer Musashi now give her serious competition. Want stability? Use Da Vinci. Want big damage? Use Musashi. What does that leave Hokusai with? She could very well drop lower, but this is my good faith placement.
  49.
  50. Karna (SSR AOE A --> B)
  51. While he's certainly better than Artoria Lancer as a CQ servant, he doesn't have the stability that Ereshkigal has to be a good point servant. This would be a reasonable downside if he had some loop consistency, or better damage. However, the former is nearly nonexistent among the Buster AOEs.
  52.
  53. Okita Souji (Alter) (SSR AOE B --> C)
  54. Just give Okita an interlude, DW. Please.
  55.
  56. Scheherazade (SSR AOE A --> B)
  57. This drop uses a similar reasoning to Anastasia's. While she does have an interlude, she can only really leverage it against a small group of servants. Schez dominates in that niche, but it's too hard to justify running her elsewhere.
  58.
  59. Xiang Yu (SSR AOE B --> A)
  60. Chen Gong gives Xiang Yu access to an effective trilooping setup with good card damage and invuln pierce. It doesn't set the world on fire, but it's much better than what the rest of B offers.
  61.
  62. ST List Changes
  63. Altria Pendragon (Archer) (SSR ST S --> A)
  64. Archuria is just not as dominant as she used to be. Even among ST servants, there are stronger candidates for playing the point. With MHX as the premier Saber killer nowadays, Artoria can't leverage her consistency without losing damage. An Arts support with an NP battery would be a huge gamechanger for her, though.
  65.
  66. Enkidu (SSR ST B --> A)
  67. Enkidu has fantastic NP damage post-interlude. As stated in the review he now has the highest neutral damage of all ST servants in the game self-buffed. This plus his other advantages--bulk and CC specifically--make him competitive with the other Lancers in A.
  68.
  69. Illyasviel von Einzbern (SSR ST A --> B)
  70. Sanzou's ability to NP back-to-back really evens out the comparison between these two. One isn't significantly better than the other so as to warrant a tier gap.
  71.
  72. Jeanne d'Arc (Alter) (SSR ST S --> A)
  73. Never thought I'd see the day this would happen. Still though, the prominence of other Buster DPSers like Orion and QSH has made life more difficult for our resident goth gf. With a buff though, I'd move her back to S in a moment's notice.
  74.
  75. Mysterious Heroine X (SSR ST A --> S)
  76. MHX has spent a lot of time redeeming herself from her past as the worst SSR. With her most recent buff in Saber Wars II, she has excellent neutral damage self-buffed. In fact, she's outright the best Assassin for taking on Riders now--Male ones, anyway. What a journey this has been.
  77.
  78. Orion (SSR ST A --> B)
  79. The previous rating was a little too generous for a servant that has consistency issues. Still not a bad servant, but the new rating should be more accurate.
  80.
  81. Sigurd (SSR ST A --> B)
  82. Sigurd can slay dragons. Orion just punches them.
  83.
  84. Sitonai (SSR ST S --> A)
  85. Sitonai is an excellent Arts looper--competitive with Artoria for Arts' best, in fact. Arts ST in general is starting to fall off though, and Sitonai is no exception. Meltryllis has much better damage, plus some added utility.
  86.
  87. Tamamo-no-Mae (Lancer) (SSR ST A --> B)
  88. There are better Lancers in the game now, and Tamamo can't race with the best of them. She's now the only SSR ST Lancer without an interlude, and that stings.
  89.
  90. Vlad III (SSR ST B --> C)
  91. It's getting harder and harder to justify using Vlad over a class-advantaged ST Arts with utility. He also needs a specific lineup to work well; outside of it he's just medicore.
  92.
  93. SR List Changes
  94. Unless otherwise noted, most of the changes here were to make the tiers more distinct. The majority of SR servants didn't change very much between the last list and now. If you still wish to inquire about a placement though, please do!
  95.
  96. Altera the San(ta) (SR A --> B)
  97. Anne Bonny & Mary Read (SR B --> C)
  98. Ashwatthama (SR A --> S)
  99. Elizabeth Bathory (Brave) (SR B --> C)
  100. Elizabeth Bathory (Halloween) (SR B --> C)
  101.
  102. Gray (SR A --> B)
  103. Gray is a useful stand-in for Rider farming if you don't have a strong AOE Assassin, Berserker, or Alter Ego already. She's limited to just farming though, which by itself isn't A-worthy. More so for a servant that can't refund farm.
  104.
  105. Ibaraki-Douji (Lancer) (SR A --> S)
  106. Raikou is still better, but our festive banana isn't so far behind.
  107.
  108. Ibaraki-Douji (SR A --> B)
  109. Katou Danzou (SR B --> C)
  110.
  111. Lancelot (SR A --> S)
  112. If Parvati has the consistency, Lancelot brings the damage. Barring high HP Assassin mooks, Lancelot has little trouble trilooping, and with a better W3 success rate too. This guy doesn't get enough recognition I think, even if he's not as good in CQs.
  113.
  114. Li Shuwen (SR A --> B)
  115.
  116. Medusa (Lancer) (SR D --> C)
  117. With her buffs, Medusa is a fairly usable Quick ST Lancer. Her damage doesn't drop off as hard on burst, and her NP has pretty good CC. She is essentially a weaker Scathach, which isn't a bad spot to be in at all.
  118.
  119. Mochizuki Chiyome (SR B --> C)
  120. Mysterious Heroine XX (SR A --> B)
  121. Nezha (SR B --> C)
  122. Nitocris (Assassin) (SR B --> C)
  123. Oda Nobunaga (SR A --> B)
  124.
  125. Parvati (SR S --> EX)
  126. With Mash no longer in EX, Parvati claims the mantle of best SR servant in the game. She's great for farming, great for CQs, and highly accessible even to complete beginners. What's not to like?
  127.
  128. Queen Medb (Saber) (SR B --> C)
  129. Rama (SR B --> C)
  130.
  131. Sakata Kintoki (Rider) (SR S --> EX)
  132. This guy is a monster. He has a similar reasoning to Parvati. With Mash now being rated as a support, it's hard to keep him in S when he is head and shoulders above the rest of the SR cast. A consistent looper with disgustingly high damage output, Kintoki is competitive with the SSR ST Quick points. That's a huge accomplishment that other SRs can't claim.
  133.
  134. Suzuka Gozen (SR A --> B)
  135.
  136. Tomoe Gozen (SR B --> A)
  137. She went down and got back up again. With Ashwatthama in S, I'd sooner use her over Fujino or Anne Archer. Interlude in hand, Tomoe returns to her rightful place in A.
  138.
  139. Vlad (EXTRA) (SR A --> B)
