- Total Time: 20 minutes
- 🥩 Ingredients
- • 1 lb (16 oz) lean ground turkey (93% or 99% lean)
- • 2 packs frozen cauliflower rice (about 20 oz total)
- • 1 tbsp olive oil
- • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 2 tsp pre-chopped garlic in olive oil)
- • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
- • 1/2 tsp salt
- • 1/2 tsp black pepper
- • 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust for heat)
- • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- • 1 tsp hot sauce (like El Yucateco or Sriracha)
- • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- • Optional: chopped green onions or cilantro for garnish
- 🍳 Instructions
- 1. Cook the turkey:
- Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no pink remains (about 7–8 minutes).
- 2. Add flavor:
- Stir in garlic, onion (if using), salt, pepper, chili flakes, paprika, soy sauce, and hot sauce.
- Cook another 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
