  1. 1) Mount/Burn "Office 2013 Retail" ISO/Disc Image file
  2. 2) Run through the Office 2013 setup.exe file
  3. 3) Open "KMSpico_Install v2"
  4. 4) Install and then after clicking finish, wait for the voice to say "Program complete"
  5. 5) Done
