I understand some story now. Both Sion and Sara was supposed to lived 100 years ago but due to Sara failed experiment the jumped to the era the story is in. Principal Kilika searched for them for the entire hundred year and found them in the present time.

Sara once attempt to return her and Sion back to the past but failed.

Elulu is supreme chef but mistake salt and sugar.

Anogia was once knight of time or somethin but fall in love with Miria and abandoned his work to make Miria his own.

Did I mentioned that Anogia action can be interpreted as Lolicon? But since Miria is somewhat immortal, Yeah..

Something about Elulu and Anogia Name bother me.
1. エルル can also be read "Elle". I remember that in Gashbell dub in my country Kolulu(コルル) is called Kolle or Kuore.
2.ア―ノギア use katakana similar to Arnold (ア―ノルド) so Arnogia might be mo appropriate.

Oh by the way.. to increase Levi's Mp, go to the infirmary where Fran(Aulmorde's human form) is at press A at the bed, choose first choice to increase MP by 2 permanently.

Aulmorde's Background: She used to be Holy Witch Sylvia in her past life and maybe the reason why Sion and Sarah come from the past. She become Fran to gather information at Urguard, but she she become attached to human(Possibly Levi) so she later side with Levi's when they battle Smirsaff. Also, she maybe doesn't like Reinhard way of sacrificing people to save the world.

Yorg's job class become Antheia, Goddess of flower and wreath cause her motif is not only Sphinx but tree and red flowers too which her drop is Crimson Petal.

I'm thinking to put Althea's job class WF Witch but it won't be consistant of Ember Witch and since that that White is suppose to opposite of Fatima's shadow so why not WE Witch(White Ember Witch)?

Luna is T Witch rather than AW Witch.

About Roland and Althea: Althea does appear but there is no mention of Roland. Apparently they decided to make it ambiguous that he end up with Althea or Fatima so no fan rage whether is a canon or not.

A boy who move in to Urguard during the Eye Hunt time. Awaken as Magi during the destruction of Order of Lest. Holder of twin Lapistier and a strong willed boy. Still, he some ego hidden in his heart.

Glen:
Number one of Urguard Academy, a six star Magi and holder of Violet Lapistier. Levi's childhood friend at Lest where they grew up together. Has a heart full of responsibility and companionship.

Elle:
A girl who wishs to help people with Food Therapy. Her talent is healing magic. A Siren Magi who is priestess of Miria and can hear her voice. Levi bring her back to life from the trial at Samsara River.

Ashley:
Known as Black Rose Knight the graceful Magi. Successor of the Anan family and Magus second leader. She's a member of Discipline Team whose "Iron Fist" is to be feared! A role model of many girls

Inaluna:
Princess of Holy Baldia, Enalunadia, Rumored to be selfish and tomboyish. Energic to see the outside world. After the King's death,she's ndeterminated to become the queen. A strong willed girl.

Sion:
Sion become Venus Magi to protect Sara. She come from 100 years in the past. A person with kindness, patient and prefer to be behind the scene. An angel worshipper. Her dream is becoming an actress.

Aulmorde:
An Arche who governs flame. Has a human form called Fran, in order to gather information. A bold and thoughtful woman. She eventually become drawn to human and choose to side with them to save the world.

Arnogia:
A legendary knight and seven star Magi.Said to be protector of Angel Miria in the past, but despite that, appear as an enemy. As a Nefiria, scheme on using Tenes Power and Miria to reverse the time.

Since the test require you to write some "essay", I will translating story as a practice(a bit).

The reason why Valerie is so devoted to Arnogia

Thousand years ago, Valerie was once an Angel Priestess. However, unlike Elulu who hear Aural Miria's voice, Valerie, effected by the light of death, heard the voice of Tenesl Miria. She was persecuted as a Siren of death and was hunted down like demon. Nobody lend their hand to help her, except Arnogia, who was looking for the power of those who can hear Miria's voice.

Translating story during chapter 23-24:

During the Time Trial Arnogia attempt to use the ritual to gives Miria her eyes, but because of Levi the Tenes Lapis was shattered. Arnogia then took Miria to the Night Fort in the Demon Night World, asking Miria why she didn't hear his voice at all and he has thrown away everything in order for her to regain her sight and voice(and possibly, heart).

The Magus then arrived at the Night Fort with Glen said to Arnogia that since Tenes Lapis is shattered, he cannot continue his ambition anymore. Arnogia then responded that even though Miria's eyes will never open, Miria will be with him for ever in twilight! This cause Miria to fly in front of the party, letting out her voice. Inaluna is confused that why Miria is protecting Arnogia, which Aulmorde answered that now she is neither good nor evil because her eyes is not opened. Arnogia then summoned Nefiria's demons and battle the party.

Despite defeated, Arnogia attempt to summon the Key of Star and finished the party off. Aulmorde then shocked him by asking that why, he who will be the hope for humanity is doing this. Arnogia than answered that only in death people may be together forever and that Yorg said to him that if he bring Miria to the Demon Realm he will be able to fufilled that wish, he however, finally realised that what Aulmorde attempt to told him was right all along, as both Life and Death power come from spirit, neither will last for eternity. With Haine complimented that love make people blind, Sarah then tell Levi to uses Aura Lapis on Miria and returned her her eyes.

When she finally opened her eyes, Sion witnessed that they're full of love and happiness. Miria then thanks the Magis for protecting the time, which will be peaceful for the next thousand years. Elle feeled that peace is going to return. However, Arnogia said that the next thousand year the Time Trial will still happen again. Inaluna then countered that when that happen, human will win again, which Arnogia say she is foolish, as thousand year ago a man once said that and even thought they won, they'll eventually feel the hate of being human, which he said that Levi will be like him. Elle and Inaluna then answered Arnogia that Levi won't be like him, as they've been through everything together. Which Sion confirmed that their bonds will never break.

Finally understand, Arnogia prepare to left but is stopped by Glen, as they need his power to defeat Yorg, which Ashley objecting, as he threw away everything just for love and was responsible for Valerie's death. Glen then reminded Ashley that he was lied by Yorg and what he did was because of his heart. He then ask Levi to choose to forgive Arnogia or not, which Levi choose to forgive him, as he feel Arnogia's loneliness is same thing that happened to him too.

Miria then ask Arnogia that do he hear her voice. She then expressed that she feel sad that he even throw away bonds and humanity, but it's not to late to reclaim them. Arnogia then asked that he was stained with Tenesl and they still want to forgive him? Levi then tell him that Miria will answer that, which Miria thanks him for the time they used to be together, he gave her time, feeling and heart and their bond will never be broken. Without the power from the Seraphic Ring. Miria can't stay in this world any longer. She says goodbye to Anogia, ask him to not forget her and disappeared from this world forever. However, if the ring is returned to her, then she will return to this world with Anogia once again.

In the japanese version, all three type of enemy knights has same job class "一般生徒" which mean "Generic Student". So I go with "Fencer Knight", "Lancer Knight" and "Archer Knight" instead as after all, Urguard is a magic knight academy. AND that "Generic Student" can't fit the bar.

As you see, it's not NFTR but redrawing font. When font here is redrawn, the font in the game change too. For example if I redrawn "水" to "Mi" then all 水 in the game will change to Mi.

he reason that this took some time cause I realized that if I translated Sadie's drop as "Angel Wing" it will cause unfortunate implication that the party cut off her wings during the battles (you fought her twice). So it is change to "Ivory Feather". Categories are also changed. Skin to Scale. Scale to Leaf. Hair to Fur. Wing to Feather and Tail to Rare Leaf.

1. Any line that has Fran's name after the revelation is changed to Aulmorde.
2. No line will be "bowdlerized" if possible, includes and not limited to "ship tease".

Something about dialogue with Yorg is Inochi no Kagayaki(命の輝き) which literally mean "brightness of life" doesn't make sense, so it's changed to "happiness in live" to better fit Ashley's argument.

Yeah. The character balance in Luminous Arc 2 break with Sadie, Fatima, and Roland. 1. Dia's outshined by Fatima in everything except MP and RES. She should have higher magic.
2. Rasche's is strong but too slow.
3. Alice should have the most magic like Therese with high strength.
4. Kaph should have at least 41 AO so that people will use him more like Rina and Karen since he has rather good HP.
5. Sadie strength is almost fine until Horn of Anemoi break it. Also Sonar Passion is Game Breaker.
6. Even Pop is suppose to be good fighter she get less use than Fatima due to just because of 3 MOVE.
7. Luna has low stat in almost every departments except resistance and Aqua Squall deal lowest damage in same tier spell.
8. Fatima has too much attack stat and Reboot break it(Her magic is second highest).
9. Gaston should be slower than Rasche and Luna or at least has same AO as him.
10. Ritcher is too fast.
11. Rina high level equipment lower her tech
12. Ignis Blaze and Freeze Dust should cost more than 40 MP, at least 70 MP is fine.

Now what LA3 fixed:

1. Fatima's problem: Yu has highest magic but almost lowest in other department.
2. Dia's problem: Inaluna has great move and is fast.
3. Sadie's problem: Sion's magic isn't highest.
4. Althea's problem: Aulmorde's faster and good magic but lower defense. Ressurect transfered to Lyra.
5. Pop's problem: Sarah has great magic and can heal while being slower.
6. Rasche's problem: Glen is faster and has great accuracy while has lower defense.
7. Gaston's problem: Heine has good magic and Tec and has AOE FD.
8. Luna's problem: Elle has average magic and tech but is great in other department.
9. Roland's problem: Levi isn't strong in everything
10. Ritcher's problem: Lyra and Dino has low tech and defesive department
11. Photon Axis, Aero Twister and Aqua Squall cost 56 MP. Ignis Blaze, Yggdra Form and Dark Sphere cost 96 MP and Freeze Dust cost 99 MP

2. Get MS Gothic Font
3. Open those str file, set Japanese SHIFT JIS
3. Change font to MS Gothic and it'll work!

This should be fine cause I use this method. Lately I busy with Sport Day at my school and preparing for University Test(I'm 3rd year high school student) so I'll need some times for awhile. Until then, enjoy the latest game!

For the Garment Lapises, none. Unless you use action replay you can only have one Skanda Garment. This probably done was purposely to prevent uses of same characters in every battle. Say between Elle and Sion, Elle is sturdier but slower. Or that they don't want you to use 13 AO Yu to spams Dark Sphere everywhere, right?

Elemental crystal deal more damage than anything in this game. ATK/MAG+20% are good for Levi who has no Silver Elemental Crystal or if you use Unison, you can make use of crystal too eg. 3 Deluge Crystals and Unison with Lyra.

As for Unison, do the "physical" one first cause they deal more damage. Pisces cuts Althea's 3,000+ HP and Taurus ignores Fatima high evasion!

There is a way by using Freeze Stone like previous game. Apart from that, no since Yu and Ashley's magics are not "Shadow Frost". In this game only Fatima's Gravity Ice and Freeze Dust along with Dark Kopin's Kopin Void can freeze enemy naturally.

In game, Sylvia(The Fatima's illusion thing) uses the same class setup and weapon as Fatima. In the Japanese every witches class are just called "witch". When I translated I change from just Witch-> X Witch (X = Tide, Verdure etc.) and thus Sylvia's class become "Shdw Frost Witch(Shadow Frost Witch)" by default.

Sylvia is Aulmorde's pastlife who used to relate to Valerie. It's seem that she lost her memory or something along that line.

More like disguise or her "human form". Let's say that its like Levi who is blond-haired transform into Ragnarok Form is is white-haired.

Reinhard and Aulmorde has same rank, Arche, so they're co-worker of somesort and Bonaparte is their highest rank subornate. I think that Aulmorde didn't like the way Reinhard by frontal assault and killing human(Lily, for example) and she prefer alternative by spying instead. Aulmorde took a like to human(Levi to be exact) so she abandoned Smirsaff's command(or something like that) and help them return Elle back to life. Also because Nefiria are threating the realms' balance mostly thanks to Arnogia who want to take Miria with him.

First thing is that Ashley has lowest Resist so don't uses her for this battle. Since you cannot uses Elle at this point(whatever newgame+ or not) so use Sarah instead and equip Hawk Garment on her(you must got one from Lyra's battle). I suggest level up till 35+ to get their final skills such as Falcon Rage and Ignis Blaze.

Basically
- Levi : Power Charge then attack!
- Aulmorde : Use Physical More on other character and keep using magical attack. Just attack if run out of MP.
- Lyra : Stay in water panel and use Smash Hit!(Or just attack normally) use Ruminate first to raise her Technique
- Sarah : Curer heal more than Purifying Breeze. Also Sloth Bomb(Delay turn) and Yggdra Form.
- Heine : Heavy Rage (I recommend Heine due to that he has higher Technique than Dino but it's up to you cause Poison Fang can actually hit as well)
- Inaluna : Light Speed and Photon Axis from a far. Can help whipping enemy if run out of MP.

You can also equip multiple orb lapises as well.

Since the japanese uses "sempai", the only way to get around this is to use "Senior", eg. Senior Glen. Basically it's the way younger people address older one. Exception is Levi who never uses honorific(though one time in Miria's intermission he did call her "Tenshi-sama lit. Great Angel"), Sarah, Elle when talk to Sion(Sion is 17 like Levi but they're friend), Inaluna(who's princess) and Arnogia(who's legendary hero). It's similar case to -sama suffix above.

One more profile, this is for Levi's Ragnarok Form.

With the Aura Power, Levi true strength as a Star Puil was awakened. He now had an ability to halt the Time Trial, in enxpense of losing his senses and heart. Still, for everyone, he keep going on.

Not sure about the power but I'm sure that the Elle that appear is her soul/spirit. Samsara River is something related to "Life and Death" thing after all. Levi also get to communicate with Lily's spirit there as well. She "disappeared" because she goes back to her body, which is why Elle wake up again when they returned to Urgard that evening.

I'll translate that part later to fully understandit .

Pointer can be used to modify space but the total must still be same. Let's say that you have 5 spaces in first box and 5 in the second. You can change first to 4 and second to six but you can't increase the total to 11.

Apparantly, only the one encountered in storyline(I think the chapter with Dino) will drop anything apart from Pure Gold Fang. The third-tier elemental lapistiers are drops from the Witches in second battle instead.

I understand, but there's easier/quicker way to increase exp.

1. Has one character equips EXP+30% x 3 then level up till he/she reached level 99 by support arts (Rise, Flight eg.).
2. Have second character(also equip equips EXP+30%) uses support arts on that first character(eg. Luna's Purifying Water, Fatima's Reboot). For Althea and Josie, kill that character first then resurect/revive.
3. For those that support art is self-only(also equips EXP+30%), equip VitaMints and uses it ont Level 99 character and uses that self-only support art as well (eg. Rasche's Savage Type)
4. For Alice and Karen(also equips EXP+30%) just uses VitaMint on Level 99 character

Enemy's units also spawn near her at the corner area as well. Since Inaluna is not available(nor Glen in 1st playthrough), use Aulmorde's Ignis Blaze on the boss. The most dangerous enemies are Nefiria Scyllas as they can use Night Scream and Cold Kiss(Freeze Status).

P.S. Sometimes, I wish that this game uses font system like Atelier Lina, then again Lina's pointer system for main story is MUCH harder to understand.

P.S. I've just finished Nightmare Realm In the End. Irony enough, the stories are VERY sad. Especially Kjuu.

For now, I think I'll finish FD before continuing the story!
