- To install the CoreAudio library.
- Download the "Apple iTunes installer" from Apple's web site (http://apple.com/itunes/download), but DO NOT run it.
- Use a program like WinRAR or 7zip (http://www.7-zip.org/download.html) to EXTRACT the contents of the iTunes installer.
- Find the programs "AppleApplicationSupport.msi" and "AppleApplicationSupport64.msi".
- Run these two MSI files (both 32bit and 64bit) to install CoreAudio without installing iTunes.
- This should eliminate the audio glitches that you sometimes hear when using the Media Foundation audio encoder.
