- Power: Her abilities include soul siphoning (called "leeching" by some heroes/villains), which is the sapping of power temporarily from other heroes and villains, and the sapping of life forces from normal humans. As well as her genetically-received powers, she's also trained her body to fight back physically. Her newfound physical strength, as well as her marksmanship (dual-pistol), save her more times than her powers do, to be honest.
- Her weaknesses are tied into her emotions. As her emotions towards something fortify, the more erratic her chances to harness her sapped powers become. This is one of the reasons she makes an attempt to keep a cool, "ice-queen" exterior to her enemies.
- Her backstory states that it was not the famous Kirigiri line that passed down the mutant gene, but instead, it was that of her mother's instead, making Kyouko's mutation a sex-linked gene. She is unaware of the school's true purpose, and her father is unaware that her mother was ever a mutant, thus keeping it a secret that Kyouko is a superpowered human as well.
- Affiliations: None, at the moment.
