-  Kenjutsu (Specialized with swords and using jutsu with them): One of Tetsuo’s earliest memories are practicing endlessly with his short blade. Before he could speak he had a blade in hand. Even after he lost his clan he always kept his short blade on him. Some of the larger kids from the orphanage tried to take the blade from him but none were successful. The orphanage in Konoha was at first apprehensive taking Tetsuo and his blade in but once they realized the significance to Tetsuo the blade held they allowed it under certain conditions.
-  Stealth: Tetsuo had to learn how to steal from food vendors so stealth is almost second nature to him.
-  Speed: Whenever stealth had failed Tetsuo he learned to run as fast as possible. Tetsuo credits his speed over all else.

Primary Weapon: Kodachi – A weapon Tetsuo has managed to keep since before he became separated from his clan. It has his clan symbol on the hilt. A full metal tang runs through the hilt and it’s made particularly for channeling chakra.

Personality:  Tetsuo is loyal to anyone who he would call friend and mostly dependable. Tetsuo is often reckless (sometimes classified as careless) and has an interest in danger. Even though he’s reckless he is patient and typically calm, easy going. His patient nature is often time applied in his focus. However he can sometimes be unintentionally loud or obnoxious if he’s in the mood for it. This mood is usually brought on by the need to call attention to himself. Otherwise he’s fairly cooperative and agreeable.

Backstory: Tetsuo was about five when he got separated from his clan. He got lost after venturing out too far from the clan. He was eventually found by a trading caravan who brought him to their next destination, a town within Iron country. He was taken to an orphanage once they arrived. Unable to locate the nomadic clan Tetsuo hailed from he remained in the orphanage.
The orphanage was small and typically low on resources. He and the other orphans relied on theft to keep themselves well fed. About a year after living in poverty the orphanage reached out to neighboring nations for assistance. Tetsuo was then sent to a Konoha orphanage.
After living in Konoha for a short time Tetsuo took an immediate interest in ninja and their lifestyle. He began studying rigorously in the Academy. He hopes one day to be strong and protect the helpless. To protect the people like him and other orphans who needed saving.

Face/Voice/Appearance Claim(s):
Tetsuo has light silver white hair. Part of his hair is pulled back into a ponytail. He always has a face guard on and is rarely seen without it. He has light blue piercing eyes. He typically has a blade attached to his back. He typically has a calm demeanor and an aloof glance to match. He can sometimes appear energetic. He wears old fashioned neck and shoulder guards (Dark blue), attached to a harness. Underneath the harness he has a black tank top. His right arm is bandaged up a little past the elbow. The left arm he wears a metallic and clothe gauntlet.  He wears standard issued dark blue ninja pants and sandals.
Tetsuo’s voice is mild baritone sometimes a bit tenor when excited.
