  3. Me:Um, so I tried charging my charge HR today, and for some reason nothing shows up
  4. Andrea:Oh I am sorry to hear that Leann, I will be happy to assist you on this.

  8. Andrea:1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Charge HR. Your tracker will begin charging.
  9. 2. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V88").
  10. 3. Let go of the button.
  11. 4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

  13. Andrea:Sure.
  14. Me:I tried again, still nothing
  15. Andrea:Oh, and if you try to connect it with different USB ports?
