Good day!

My in-game name is Indent, Torn ID 2032117.

1) The reason I want to be a helper is to give back to the Torn community by helping those new and old in the game, and to help enhance their game play by doing so; I take genuine pleasure in seeing players grow and thrive within the game.
2) My game knowledge is comprehensive, as I've made a concerted effort to learn and understand as much as I can about the game through other players, forums, Torn wiki, and trial and error.
3) I see the roles of staff are to be a role models for the community, to moderate by remaining fair and collective as well as willing to explain the actions taken, to be open and approachable to players with questions and/or concerns, and to be an all around helpful individual who represents Torn in a positive way.
4) Torn is a game that is driven by it's community; the community is an integral part of the game's success. The Torn community seems to be quite engaged and involved; be it from the community events revolving around them (such as faction wars); to trolling, banter, and discussions (such as forums and chats). I feel staff do a fantastic job of assisting within the community, and seem to remain fair and impartial from interactions I've viewed in the forum. I work closely with FIN in managing the faction, and also with Havok within the 39th leadership council.
5) When I'm at home, I'm able to pop on to Torn quite frequently, and if there is work to be done, can remain online for as long as needed. At work, I have even more time that can be dedicated to the game, as my job allows for quite a lot of down time. I'd easily be able to commit to 3 - 5 hours per day.
6) As a leader to a faction which largely accepts a lot of newer players, I am frequently helping them with simple to complex information that they need to be successful in the game. I make myself available for questions any time from newer (and even older) faction members, and spend a large amount of my time assisting members as questions arise in faction chat.
7) My favourite aspects of Torn would have to be faction related business including interaction with members and other faction leaders, working hard to create a social atmosphere within the faction and 39th in it's entirety, as well as warring and chaining. I take pride in seeing our faction grow, and work hard to see it continues to do so.
8) When I'm at home, my primary device used is mobile (iPhone), however if required (for more complex activities) I will hop on the laptop. At work where I spend a considerable amount of my time, my primary device is a PC.
9) I'm very excited at the prospect of being on staff as a helper, and my goal would be to learn as much as I possibly can about the role of helper as well as all of the staff roles. I feel having the bigger picture from within the staff environment would better aid me to set my aspirations for which roles I would strive to be in.
