- RobinE Kasra: You hear Robin's crying die down. After a few minutes of silence, the door opens slowly and Robin comes out.
- Kasra "Uh...hey." Kasra offers up the notebook. "You left it on the couch.
- RobinE takes it slowly, "thanks," her voice sounds drained.
- Kasra "...You don't want to talk about it, do you?"
- RobinE "Not really," she says choking a bit, "I'm fine."
- Kasra "I know it's not much, but I don't mind listening and if I can help, I'd like to. Are you sure you don't want to?"
- RobinE takes a shaky breath before walking down to her room, gesturing for Kasra to follow.
- Kasra does
- RobinE waits for Kasra to get into her room before shutting the door. She takes a seat on her bed. "How much do you know about my family?"
- Kasra "Only what was in the dossier. They were in Greencreek, Texas, USA. They were taken by the red death and you were retrieved shortly after. Sorry."
- RobinE "Yeah," she hangs her head, "all of them, brothers too."
- Kasra "Do you want to talk about your family?"
- RobinE "No, I just... I miss them. It's hard to watch someone's family come back from the dead... knowing yours can't"
- Kasra shifts looking ready to say something, but hangs motionless for a moment. "...yeah. I'm sorry. You've lost a lot more than any of us."
- RobinE "It hurts to remember, but I can't forget," she says, shaking a bit.
- Kasra "It hurts, but it might be better that you can't. It's better to have known them, right?"
- RobinE "I'm not sure anymore."
- Kasra "Have you ever thought about making a new family?"
- RobinE "What?" she looks at him confused.
- Kasra "I don't know. It seems important to have one. I was just asking if you'd ever thought of starting a new family later on."
- RobinE "No... no," she tries to shake a thought from her head, "not after what happened. Not again."
- Kasra "Sorry, I probably shouldn't have asked."
- RobinE "It's fine."
- RobinE seems to have calmed a bit.
- Kasra "No, really, I didn't mean to...I was just wondering if you wanted to talk about family at all."
- RobinE "Do you?" she flips the question out of curiosity.
- Kasra "I, ah, don't really have any to talk about. But if you want to talk, I'd be willing to listen."
- RobinE "oh, sorry," she rubs the back of her neck, "I miss my little brother, Luke," She tears up again, "he was always there for me."
- Kasra "No, it's fine. I'm sorry. About Luke and the rest I mean. I know you've heard it a hundred times, but..."
- RobinE Her voice is calm, "Sorry, all this has made me a bit tired."
- Kasra "I get it. And I'm sorry, i didn't want to pry or aanything. I hope that's not how it felt."
- RobinE "I know," she gives Kasra a sad smile, "I know it's cause you all care."
- Kasra "Should I not do it again?"
- RobinE "No you can, I just haven't talked about it much, its a tough wound. In time."
- Kasra "Yeah, and hey, I'm glad you can talk about it at all. It's a good sign." Kasra goes to awkwardly pat her shoulder. "Should I go? I mean, leave you alone?"
- RobinE "For now, I'll go get some cocoa. always helps.
- RobinE "Mary deserves to have a fun party."
- Kasra "She's doing fine, don't worry about her."
- RobinE "I gotta try to be there for her though."
- Kasra "You're right. Robin, good call. I'm sure it would mean a lot to her."
- Kasra "Anyways, we're there for you too, okay? Specifically, I'll, uh, be in my room."
- RobinE "alright."
