Is this meant to imply that even shtty overlord demons are allowed in Heaven on business trips? Or is there a single place in the sea of red/black that is hell that has a white/blue/gold motif instead?

There's also the shining rays of light in the corner. I can see Viv (assuming she OKs the Instagram posts, idk) being willing to make a joke she thought was cute even if it means it ignoring lore. Since we now know a bitch deer guards the portal to Heaven and doesn't let even angels with minor infractions inside.

Maybe its some kind of "fk you Heaven" thing? Hell seems to have as much spite for them as you'd expect. There's what appears to be a shooting gallery game where the targets are exterminators at Loo Loo Land.

Since Imps understandably don't seem to like Sinners, and the game is called "Extermination", I think it's about taking the role OF an Exterminator, rather than hunting them.
Plus, the yearly purges probably make the news.

I still hope that crap about sinners being stuck in a single ring was either an asspull or has a REALLY good explanation, because that just sounds stupid to me. Also, I don't see any reason exterminators wouldn't target imps if they had them right there in front of them, or any reason imps wouldn't treat exterminators as boogiemen. Your average joe in the modern period has little to fear from wolves or bears or plagues of insects but they still make frequent appearances as antagonists/malevolent forces in our media.

Getting back to this, it could also just be them imitating Lucifer's fashion. People on the lower levels of the power pyramid tend to imitate what the person at the very top is doing.
