Reasoning: Chara has trained with two Heroes of Aspect. She didn't know what it was, but she felt the same certain type of energy that they radiated and noticed how it fluxed their power. The most noticeable one was on her "brother" Fon. As a saiyan she noticed it immediately and wanted it. It was one of the only ways at the moment to get stronger. Another person being Zwei who was a human and, by a percentage, beat her in a fight. She didn't think a human could do it, but it only fueled her to want this power of theirs.

TLDR; Chara has trained and fought against two Heroes of Aspect and since they beat her, she had this inner emotion to want her own.
