- During one of our regular server checks, it has come to our attention that your disk usage exceeds the amount allocated for your server in the TOS. We have implemented a disk usage meter, which is visible from the Dashboard of your server control panel. Since your server is over the allotted amount of disk space, we ask that you go to your file manager and delete any large/un-needed backups or files, so that your server is within the acceptable disk usage range. Users are given 48 hours to take action. Failure to do so may result in deletion of some files by staff, or server being suspended and possibly terminated.
- Your server is currently using 103.56% of your allowance, if this goes above 150% our staff may delete files from your server to reduce risk of this effecting other customers.
