- Dorcas Meadowes was or rather is, a proud Ravenclaw. She embodies the true Ravenclaw spirit. She is creative, intelligent, witty, and individualistic. However, she is also brave, cunning, and a force to be reckoned with. These qualities lead Dorcas to the Order of the Phoenix. She refuses to stand by while war rages on around her. With her positive qualities come her negative ones. Dorcas can be stubborn and she tends to fixate on a problem until it's solved. She can be cold and reserved if she senses one has ill intentions. Because of her high intelligence, Dorcas believes that she can figure out other people early on. This isn't always the case and this assumption has lead her to treat good </div>

- people poorly. She always feels bad in the end though - gotta count for something. If one is able to impress Dorcas, they will earn a fierce friend. They will have a friend that will jump in front of a wand for them. And to be fair, having Dorcas as a friend is beneficial if you're a dare devil as she's an extremely talented witch who loves to try out new spells when the chance arises. During her time at Hogwarts, Dorcas excelled in DADA and transmogification. She did well in her other subjects, though potions always gave her headaches. In fact, it was her average performance in potions that drove Dorcas crazy. She ended up disliking the class as she didn't excell in it. Dorcas likes to do things right because she feels it gives her worth. As an only child, Dorcas felt the pressure to do well. Her parents were often unconcerned with her day to day life, but they still expected her to do well. Her achievements were their bragging rights. Her failures were their torment. Dorcas was not allowed to fail. Even now, out of school and away from home, Dorcas still feels the sting of fear when it comes to failure. In the end, Dorcas is a witty, sometimes difficult, and brave individual. She will not let you down - that's kind of her thing.</div>
