  8. General info:
  9. - This started as a Scimitar +15 run, then Scimitar into Gold Tracer, then Crystal Halberd
  10. got added to deal with inconsistencies. SGS made using the Scimitar more complicated;
  11. ESM and QS are the reasons for ditching both the Scimitar and the Gold Tracer.

  13. - The point was to have a non moveswap melee focused route for fun, this is mostly just me
  14. sticking to the original idea because why not :V

  18. - Most of the time you want to lock for actual attacks since the Crystal Halberd
  19. hitbox royally sucks
  20. - If you have time for only one attack, favor jumping attacks (a lot more damage)
  21. - Spin to win is faster than 2 R1s and has roughly the same stagger as 2 R1s
  22. - O&S is the only terrible/unreliable fight of the run
  23. - Given Crystal Halberd's hitbox I wouldn't say this is a super comfy route but gets
  24. the job done, you have pretty good damage
  25. - Scimitracer will be back for comfiness PunOko *shakes fists* but this should be faster

  31. - Pick up: Shield (optional)

  36. UNDEAD BURG - UNDEAD PARISH
  37. - Buy: 1 Firebomb
  38. 2 Lloyd Talismans
  39. Bottomless Box
  40. - Pick up Resin
  41. - Kill BKS (for Chunk) with a resin
  42. - Free Aim firebomb
  43. - 1H riposte
  44. - 2 1H R1 while he's recovering
  45. - Parry, into 3 2H R1 spam
  46. This allows you to have the resin last for the Taurus fight if you
  47. start with a running 1H R1 into a normal 1H R1
  48. - Kill Taurus
  49. - Starting with a running 1H R1 into another 1H R1 is faster, you kinda need this
  50. to make Gold Pine Resin last enough
  51. - Continue with 2H R1s
  52. - Pull Hellkite down with an arrow for consistency (or just run through :V)
  53. - SGS, mark and sit at Undead Parish bonfire while on deathcam

  57. - Pick up the 8K souls on the roof
  58. - Buy: 3 bombs minimum (1 for Eingy, 2 for BoC)
  59. Greatsword (for plunges)
  60. Greem Blossom QS purchase with the Standard Arrows you have
  61. - Kill Iron Golem
  62. - Gold Pine Resin
  63. - This fight is resin dependent, if you used only 1 Gold Pine Resin on
  64. BKS+Taurus you can have a second chance
  65. - Staggers at 9 2H R2, drops with 5 2H R2

  69. - Arrow lure the Mimic, use 1 Lloyd Talisman to get Crystal Halberd
  70. - Consume Iron Golem's Soul on the elevator
  71. - Drop the chandelier to get Great Magic Weapon later
  72. - Mark the Darkmoon Tomb Bonfire
  73. - Level up: 35 END
  74. - Kill O&S, Gwynevere, homeward bone out

  88. - Buy: Heavy Soul Arrow (for Butterfly/Hydra)
  89. Sorcerer Catalyst
  90. - Optional: Plunge away OhMyDog (Crystal Halberd/fists, depending on which drop you do)
  91. - Kill Quelaag
  92. - Use Green Blossom (and Gold Pine Resin if you have the leftover one)
  93. - Ring the bell
  94. - Kill Eingy and immediately throw a bomb on the ground to kill the spawning maggots
  95. - Mark the Daughter of Chaos bonfire and Teleport to Firelink Shrine

  98. FIRELINK - UNDEAD ASYLUM
  99. - Put the Chunk on the Bottomless Box
  100. - Talk to Frampt for the warp to Firelink Altar
  101. - Set the Lordvessel and talk to Framp again
  102. - QS feed 999 Quelaag's Soul and at least 7 Chunks (you can homeward bone out with the
  103. second one)
  104. - Level up: 13 VIT (For Cealess, and Gwyn RTSR, should also work for Gwyndolin if you
  105. want to do it late)
  106. 12 ATT (Heavy Soul Arrow/Hidden Body, Great Magic Weapon)
  107. 64 END (Let's you fast roll with anything/everything equipped, mostly for
  108. the Greatsword plunges later on)
  109. 27 STR
  110. 40 DEX
  111. 56 INT (extra INT for one less cast on Butterfly)
  112. - Reinforce Crystal Halberd to +4
  113. - Kill Stray, pick up the Titanite Slab,pick up the doll and bone out

  116. DARKMOON TOMB - PAINTED WORLD
  117. - Mark the bonfire
  118. - Reinforce the Crystal Halberd to +5.
  119. - Kill Gwyndolin (optional, you can kill him later with RTSR, no need for +5 Crystal Halberd
  120. for Priscilla in this case)
  121. > You have a tight window for 1 cycle Gwyndolin
  122. Use a Green Blossom and 4 2H R1 into 2H R2 spin to win
  123. - Homeward/darksign out (From this point forward there's no need for souls anymore)

  125. - Pick up Great Magic Weapon
  126. - Enter the Painted World
  127. - Pick up Red Soapstone
  128. - Drop from the top like if the stairs continued going upwards

  130. - RTSR setup taking one arrow while sprinting

  133. - 2H R1 spin to win for stagger (this needs running behind her, haven't found a reliable
  134. way to rush her and spin to win once you locate her since she can attack while you are in
  135. the middle of the spin or 2 R1s)

  138. - Teleport to Undead Parish

  142. - Mark Darkroot bonfire and attune Heavy Soul Arrow and Great Magic Weapon
  143. - Optional: Hydra Plunge OhMyDog (Greatsword for consistency, Halberd can do it's dependent on a
  144. faster drop)
  145. - Kill Hydra
  146. - 1 Heavy Soul Arrow in the center head into 2 R1s (2 heads)
  147. - Drop the Pike at some point during the fight
  148. - Kill Golden Golem
  149. - Single running R1 (careful with the jump, running R1 doesn't always hit it mid air)
  150. - Homeward/darksign out

  152. - Equip Dusk Crown Ring and block the Consistent Knight
  153. - Use the Crystal Halberd, Greatsword has too much defense
  154. - Pick up the Stone Set (for Butterfly/Nito/Capra)
  155. - Buff with Great Magic Weapon while the door opens
  156. Green Blossom not necessary and will make you lose time since the door will be alreay opens
  157. - Pick up Hornet Ring (for Gwyn)
