Cleaned up any issues from all the removed mods.
Changed fertilizer recipe to give a better fertilizer.
Fixed the spaghetti apocalypse.
Removed old food recipes that were missed.
Removed string recipes.
Fixed all the recipes needing water screwing up.
Removed all furnace recipes. They were moved to the proper place.
Disabled Autosmelt modifier. (It doesn't work anyway)
Changed Punji stick recipe.
Added Mid-Game magma to obsidian and lava recipe.
Removed all AA Crusher recipes as you can't obtain it anyway. (yes I removed all 700+ recipes just because you can't use them anyway...)
Added Mid-Game soul steel recipe.
