I'll just type it out. Basically what I wanted to say is that joining the academy team I initially believed that the players are experienced and have come up with some basic structure, now realizing this is not the case. I was expecting a higher level of maturity, experience, dedication, and raw skill from some of the players. Before accepting this opportunity, I have become comfortable playing with 4 former teammates but unfortunately things fell apart when one. I was thinking you can pickup a roster that includes those players and myself (not necessarily replacing the academy team), we are all available to attend LAN events across, all dedicated 100% to counter-strike, all comfortable with how we play, we have the skillset to win.  We are actively working towards building brand and player awareness. The only thing we require is funding to attend these LANs and an org to represent during these events.
