Depends on what kind of mood she was in when the liquor started to hit her properly.
>Cheerful, friendly "OHMYGOSH WELCOME TO THE HAPPY HOTEL, YOU'RE GOING TO LOVE IT HERE"-mood we saw from her at the end of the pilot
She would prattle on for a bit too long about the rainbows-and-unicorns based redemption activities she has planned for the handful of patrons she has, failing to account for the fact that a non-negligible fraction of them are going to ditch, oblivious to the fact that she's slurring her words, and then stumble away from the bar with a sloppy but heartfelt "can't wait to see you tomorrow" when Husk is dreading seeing her glitter-coated ass ever again

Pumps every coin she has in her pockets into the jukebox. Picks out an a-thematic smattering of every song she remembers liking. Sings along with the recording, tries to get Husk or other bartenders to sing with her.

Quiet, shaky, and morose. Overly deferential and considerate to everyone around her. Requests for another drink are always accompanied by phrases like "when you can" and "if its alright" and "don't trouble yourself". Once her BAC rises above 0.08% she morphs partway into full demon form and starts openly crying about how her daddy doesn't love her anymore and her mom is too busy being a better woman than she'll ever be to even pick up the phone when she calls

Extols the virtues of her crappy plan to cram sinners into a cotton candy cannon and shoot them right up to Heaven to anyone who will listen.
