Masculine. Of The Plane Where Eyes Cannot Follow, Open, Screaming Mouths Ascension. Verified post-ex-facto lifetime. Head appears 30+. Eyes are a pumpkin orange, hair is wild and unkempt, with a thick pair of glasses and always in possession of the Coat of Many Arms.

An enigmatic entity, The Administrator has always existed within the SCP Foundation. Never quite in the top leadership, nevertheless The Administrator is involved in many top-secret projects. Known to very few personnel outside of Overwatch Command. Rumored to own all the land Site 19 is built on.

Beneath the coat of many arms, there is a body with twisted charcoal, heavily weathered. The hair not on his head, or what was left of it, was glowing a shimmering white. His limbs are twisted and gnarled, sticking stiffly and uselessly from the main body. Surrounding it is a steel mesh, which held it inside a large overcoat. The many arms cradle him inside, while they go throughout the coat and act as his primary body.
