  1. Actually worked out today for the first time in a long time. It can be really discouraging to get back into when you aren't able to do stuff you know at one point was easy. But it's a mental block I gotta get over. Also (especially starting back up) I'm really bad at pacing to my ability. About 75% through I had to stop and puke, but I'm pretty happy that I finished. Which is one reason why I like doing thing at home, I'm too self-conscious (as of now) to push myself to that limit in public. It'll just take time sticking with it.
