Setting:

This isn't your house.
You realise this when you wake up, cold and sore in a small and unfamiliar bed.
The last you remember, you were in a coach, heading out of town for reasons known only to yourself. Now, you've woken up in a strange house, with a note by your bed.
"Someone is going to kill you." The note says. "They will not have a choice. They may not even know it was them. But someone is going to kill you here, you or somebody else. People are going to die. People will die, or the doors will not open."
Everyone wakes with this note by their side.
The house, unsurprisingly, has a door that cannot be opened. It appears that it has been locked up from the outside. There are cameras that watch you, following you always.
You cannot see the outside. You do not know where you are. All you know is that this isn't home, and that someone here is going to try and kill you.

Neptune is widely regarded by his friends and family as being an absolute rock. He's strong, deceptively fast, and can be intimidating. Despite this, he truly cares about his family and friends, and only wants the best for them. He's reasonably smart, although sometimes takes a while to work things out. He also doesn't generally talk much, and when he does he is known to stutter if nervous. He has a soft, deep voice, which he very rarely raises beyond a low murmur. He dislikes conflict, and raised voices, and always does his best to calm people down and keep things happy. He's been divorced three times, but tries to stay in contact with all of his children, although David's mother won't let them talk. He misses them all dearly, though.
Neptune has grey hair, of a medium-short length. He has a grey beard that just about comes down to his chest. He has green eyes, and usually wears a pair of glasses, plain half-moon lenses with a wire frame. He carries pictures of his children in his Wallet. He tends to look intimidating due to his quiet but large presence and muscular appearance, but could never raise a hand against anyone, and doesn't even know that people are scared of him.

Personality - Though he may appear female, he's actually a male and he's very calm and shy. In fact, he's mute, the choker he wears invokes his ability to ... Oops, this is a secret. He already lost his voice by wearing it too long, so he keeps it on anyways. He holds a notepad to communicate.

Their ability is Mind Speak, a voice echos in their mind, it's silver's voice.

Their second ability is when they get someone to look directly into their eyes during Mind Speak, their eyes flash silver and then white and continuously, they're being Mind Hyponosis. Silver will automatically know their name, and say "(Name), do me a favor." then asks them to do it, and they're forced to do it.

But when they use Mind Hyponosis... They form a bond with that person, giving up their vision until the bond ends. This bond mutually makes each other's abilities enhanced. Silver can see through the eyes of the other one, and when they ask, they can speak for them too.

Static is very quiet and likes to drag things around, scraping things on walls and floors. He'll stop if it makes a loud noise, but otherwise he's dragging something everywhere. His usual victim is a stuffed bear he's dubbed 'Burr'. He dislikes loud noises and never screams or shouts, but he won't condemn you for doing it.
