This patch makes the KH2 port almost perfect now, nearly every issue has been fixed. Data org still kinda sucks though, 1.02 is probably still better for that.
It seems only KH2 was affected by this patch, none of the other games had any changes

 -Slide dash goes faster & straighter now, fixing the whiffing issue
 -Fixed bad cropping & black bordering of particle effects from Marluxia & Vexen

 -Terra does whip move & puts cannon away too fast

 -2 Blizzaga finishers on Data Axel still triggers forced revenge
 -High guards and low guards still exists for Sephiroth

 -Experiment crash still exists
