  311. I don't know how "they" would necessarily do it, so I'm the wrong person to ask. There are physically detectable manifestations (for instance Masaru Emoto did some pioneering work in the effect measureable in water), but I don't know what "they" are up to in that regard.

  849. How long can you maintain your focus on the top of your head to follow where the shapes take you? That's a way of practicing, like weight lifting. I don't know that I'd start there, but if you sense that that's a viable thing to try then you can play with it a little bit.

  851. It turns out I can walk on ice as long as I force all of my attention down from the belly button chakra out through the soles of my feet. But let the attention rise and all of a sudden I'm on my ass. Neat stuff. I don't know if that's the right model for what's actually going on, but it's a model that works, and, in science, that's usually good enough for improving the state of the art. (Yes, science is an art.)

  869. not sure if this helps in any predictions or not, but one strange event happened to me:

  871. Back when i used to be able to astral project, one morning i just "couldn't leave my body". It just felt i was glued-in. After many different efforts i finally resigned to just wake up. I opened my eyes, but found my body was still paralyzed (common thing Sleep Paralysis). As I lay in bed, unable to move and waiting for my body to wake up, I noticed strange visions on my bedroom ceiling. Strange, alien looking hieroglyphs appeared, but they weren't static like a normal alphabetic language, they constantly morphed into other shapes. After watching this for a few seconds I suddenly got a vision of a giant explosion with the nasa logo on it. Finally my body was able to move, everything strange went away, and i went on my day. A few days later I heard on the news about the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster which was a little shocking because i didn't even know nasa was launching anything.

It would be utter insanity to experiment with this and not have an escape plan where you could basically go back to a save point where the self-replicating life as we know it can't be reset. If we do this in a foolhardy fashion, we will exterminate ourselves.
