I wait my turn in line to use the power scale. It’s for a test of “strength,” they call it. It’s to get into the school. Apparently this is one of the best schools in the world. It currently ranks 2nd for most intelligent and strongest students. My name is Kaizoku Dufaki, I’m the weakest person in the entire world. No, I’m not kidding. The power rankings in this world go from 1 to 13. I would be ranked 0. Nothing. I have no ability at all. That chattering in the background? That’s just some background noise I blocked out. I guess I can listen a bit as I wait for my turn at the power rankings.

	“WHAT?!” everyone in line shouted as someone put their hand on the power reading machine. “HE RANKED 4TH?! Well I guess that’s what we should expect from the world noble Xaiyaki Kurubasaki,” everyone said.

	“Heh… It was nothing you trash. Also, don’t you dare touch me or I’ll send you to burn in hell, you pricks.” This was Xaiyaki Kurubasaki. He is a greedy dumbass who I think should just die. Why hasn’t god had him put to death yet? I don’t know.

‘Why are they so impressed by a mere 4th rank?’ What the hell? I just heard a voice inside my head… It’s probably nothing LOL.

	“Why are you laughing? Do you want me to fucking kill you, you punk back there?” said Kurubasaki.

	What the hell is he talking to me about? Oh that… “Sorry, I wasn’t laughing at you. I just remembered something funny earlier.” I have to keep my distance. He’s a level 4 on the power ranking scale. He must have some serious zen shi and magic abilities.

	“Well I don’t want you to laugh, you fucker. Just wait until you get up there. You will probably have NEGATIVES LOL,” Kurubasaki said.

	I don’t think one can have a negative number… There are 4 more people in front of me. I feel so nervous rip. This is going to go by fast.

	“1.3, fail. 1.6, fail. 2.3, pass. 2, pass,” the manager of the booth was calling out.

Dammit, it’s my turn. If you are wondering. I only took this test because my father wanted me to. He said I wouldn’t fail if I believed I wouldn’t. 100% well plan so far… I’m freaking out. You need at least a rank of 2 to pass. I literally have no abilities at all. God please help me… I placed my hand on the reader like all the others before me.

Lol nobody is talking. Guess they never saw something so low. “I guess that’s it then. Cya,” I said to the people at the group.

“HE CHEATED,” they all screamed. I had no idea what they were talking about. “HE MUST HAVE USED SOME TRICK! THERE IS NO WAY HE’S A 7 ON THE RANKINGS!” What? A seven? Bullshit, they must be messing with me. Let me see.

When I looked up at the results, I was shocked. It read “7.”
