This looks to be female, though randomly statics and glitches out of existence for a few moments before reforming. Her hair is mid-back length, and is black in color, or is it red? Maybe purple? Green? It doesn't seem to be any particular color, or is all of them? It depends on the light, maybe. Her eyes have the same quality. She is able to change form at will somehow, through real shapeshifting or glitches of reality. Her voice is a little staticky, but is understandable in all languages, though she doesn't seem to notice, nor does she seem to understand anything other than English.
