I have this verified with someone I trust in SO.  As for atlantis... here is a scenario for comparison... where I work there is a graphic designer that works in print.  When this person speaks, people have trouble understanding what they are saying, they are hard to listen to, and it can take a while to get something across... but it's not because they are stupid, it's because they are deaf.  So by what you are telling me, in this scenario, this deaf person doesn't deserve their position because they are hard to understand when speaking, and there's probably more talented and younger people out there who could do well at that job, so that person should just be let go.  That's basically the scenario you are presenting with atlantis.  Everything that everyone thinks is not going on, like council discussing things, is going on.   If people
[00:11] Iria Tuqiri:  feel they are not being heard, then the knights need to arrange meetings and one representative to present their concerns to a council master, so that the council can discuss things.  people complainign amongst themselves gets nothing accomplished.  But a person's rank or status should never be something that's subject to a popular vote.  It's just wrong.
