- They can't get enough of your mediocre life. It fascinates them.

- >you bring up the idea of movie night
- >most Hellborne actually know very little about human society, as their approach to them is almost always strictly practical
- >they accept, even when you bring up that you guys could invite I.M.P. over - they're just across the hallway, after all
- >of course, there's some grumbling from Verosika, and Blitzo immediately starts acting like an ass, until Moxxie and Millie calmly, but firmly tell him that if he doesn't shut the f-k up and sit down, they'll happily let him be kicked out
- >now, with both Verosika and Blitzo sulking, you decided to finally start the film
- What films would you guys show them?
- I have a couple of ideas, but I wanna hear what you guys come up with.
- -
- Either some "grounded" classics (like terminator, Indiana Jones or rocky).
- It would be interesting for them to comment on films like the The Exorcist.
- However, I would personally try a loved animated movie just too see how they react to animation and actual wholesome wonder (idk, like spirited away or toy story)
- No, f-k it all, do Titanic.
- ---
- Forrest Gump or Whiplash.

- Reposting and extending prompt from previous thread:

- >eventually snagged by Verosika's crew to do their paperwork as well
- >you run this sht like a boss
- >of course, the leaders of each group don't like the fact that they have to share you (pretty much the exact opposite of your childhood custody, but that's a story for another day)

- So far, we've had:
- >Terminator
- >Indiana Jones
- >Rocky
- (either first move or the whole series, wasn't specified with either)
- >The Exorcist
- >Titanic
- >Forrest Gump
- >Whiplash
- Personally, I'd show them Wargames.

- I am a big fan of horror, so it will be a long list
- evil dead
- friday the 13th
- halloween 1978
- john carpenter the thing 1982
- hellraiser
- texas chainsaw massacre 1974
- scream 1996
- nightmare on elm Street
- The Shining
- the exorcist 1973
- and a lot more, I can go on but I don't want to spam horror stuff 24/7 in here.
- ----
- Fast and Furious 1 through 9, this is hell after all.
- --------
- inhabitants of hell should wear powdered wigs
- -
- Powdered with coke

- Sure, I was reading the movie night stuff from earlier and it got me wondering about Hellborn and how they view humans.
- It seems they try to emulate human society from the top down, albeit in a twisted and edgy fashion.
- I feel like it would make sense if they adopted customs from various human cultures over the years. Especially ones that seem strange, archaic or flashy.
- And instead of dropping these adopted customs, their sense of fashion and cultural nomenclature as humans would as society evolves, the Hellborne would hold onto them as a sort of quirk.
- A lot of sinners came into Hell from the 18th century probably wearing powdered wigs and I don't think it's much of a stretch to imagine a lot of curious demons co-opting the fashion.
- I think Blitzo would look especially good with a fancy wig.
