Killer NPCs

<Purpose>
- This mod enables NPCs to perform fatalities just like the player. And by fatalities, I mean Killmoves.
- It's a very simple SCRIPT-LESS mod and adds a very sweet effect, so there is no point not using it!
</Purpose>

<Notes>
- SoT team recommends only using the NPC to NPC version. I also agree to that, it appears the player version has some trouble and is not as straightforward and simple as the other version.
