- I rented a car on Friday, Feb 10th and everything was going well - until
- I tried to use it on Sunday, February 12th and I received an error
- message - Defective Key and the car would not start. I called Budget
- and they referred me to the Road Assistance number - it took just about
- three hours for someone to get to help me. Fortunately, I was at my
- hotel - because I cannot imagine being stranded in the middle of nowhere
- in the freezing cold. In addition, this would have been a lot more
- serious if it was tomorrow morning when I would be attempting to leave
- to go to the airport. The car needed the oil change and that light came
- on when I pulled out of the airport. Finally, someone came with another
- car - which was dirty and only had a half of a tank of gas. I do not
- believe I should be paying for this rental due to the poor quality of
- car and the poor service I received. It was a travesty!!!!!! I await
- your response.
