  1. I rented a car on Friday, Feb 10th and everything was going well - until
  2. I tried to use it on Sunday, February 12th and I received an error
  3. message - Defective Key and the car would not start. I called Budget
  4. and they referred me to the Road Assistance number - it took just about
  5. three hours for someone to get to help me. Fortunately, I was at my
  6. hotel - because I cannot imagine being stranded in the middle of nowhere
  7. in the freezing cold. In addition, this would have been a lot more
  8. serious if it was tomorrow morning when I would be attempting to leave
  9. to go to the airport. The car needed the oil change and that light came
  10. on when I pulled out of the airport. Finally, someone came with another
  11. car - which was dirty and only had a half of a tank of gas. I do not
  12. believe I should be paying for this rental due to the poor quality of
  13. car and the poor service I received. It was a travesty!!!!!! I await
  14. your response.
