Hello @everyone, this announcement will go through what we are working on in the admin team and explaining the new admin roles & tasks.

New admin roles & tasks

__All positions have two admins. Theres no primary / secondary split in this as some other servers have.__

__**Head Admin**__
Responsible for the admin team.
Assisting the admin team whenever needed.

__**Server Admin**__
Responsible for the main server and the staff server to be up to date.
Knowing all roles and channels and their purpose.
Responsible for finding problems and solutions inside the servers.
Responsible for the bots and their permissions.
Responsible for all their own and other texts that gets published publicly in the servers.

__**Communication Admin**__
Responsible for activity checks for both chat mods and helpers.
Responsible for information to reach and be understandable to staff members.
Responsible for the staff team and the decisions they make.
Responsible for the staff team within any project we will be working on.
Responsible for any information regarding the staff team to be readable and understandable.

__**Application Admin**__
Responsible for creating applications, making sure images and texts look professional.
Responsible for all communication with applicants. Make sure they feel comfortable and understood during the process.
Responsible for finishing the after work of applications within five days.
Primary managers when it comes to events hosted within the Itemms server.

The different admin roles are only main tasks and guidelines after all. If you need help with something else, don’t be afraid to ask any one of the admins!

__**Server updates**__
We are slowly moving and theres still a lot of things to do, however we are in contact with certain people which is going to be **huge** soon. More about this later!
