A medium length high-CoI event for Theodore Sentis, Xinion Chrono, Sohan and Sigurd.

The central plot revolves around a clocktower, the owner of which has frozen it in time in order to keep his frail and dying wife alive. The old man is a master time magi and had spent every waking moment dedicating himself to magic, and in the end his marriage fell apart, his son died and all he has left is this tower full of magical relics and magic notebooks but he just *hates* it all. The party is the only new thing he's experienced in who knows how long, and so he welcomes them in.

It won't be immediately obvious that time has been stopped within the tower to the party, but the old man will spend some time talking with them individually and giving them each a chance to speak with him about why they came here etc.

Upon hearing that they are magi/adventurers and probably loot/battle hungry, he summarily decides that, if the new generation can prove themselves to be more worthy to carry his treasures than he, who has left them to rot, he would be willing to hand them over. And so he will bring them a room far into the basement with a bunch of automata.
