- Theft of Will:
- The infernalists spend a Blood Point (Optional: Willpower point too) while maintaining eye contact with the subject and makes a Willpower against difficulty 6 versus the victim's Willpower roll against the difficulty of the Infernalist's Wits + Intimidation rating. Each success (limited by 2) will transfer one Permanent Willpower dot from the victim to the Infernalist for the rest of the scene, or the rest of the night if a Willpower point was spent.
- - The infernalist may not steal more than +2 Willpower at any given time, no matter how many victims they have cast it upon.
