[00:32] <~flibbyjibbits> The building seems to be a sort of church or temple of that order, very tall and ornate architecture with many circular stained windows depicting various planes of existance.  The doors are wide and held open, everything inside has been cleared to the side save for a raised platform in the center, where Galashin stands in his bloody robes, with a man and a woman each bound to wheeled tables...

He does not seem to stick to a single topic, going on about how great it was that they captured these murderous lunatics, and how everyone should priase the order for all they do for the people, and how they need to go to war with farim and rakor to prevent further harm to the good people
