Background:
A warrior at heart, she commands the battlefield with flashy, yet sturdy maneuvers to protect her allies, and defeat foes all the while making it home in time for supper. Her heavy body comes naturally with extremely durable chitlin plates and weapons, allowing her to forego manmade metals for raw, unfiltered, natural protection. Due to her nature, she is extremely protective of everybody, throwing herself against stronger and stronger foes to perfect her defense, using them to locate any and all flaws. She is however, afraid of spiders.

After conquering various warriors in sport arenas, she decided to seek the academy for hopes of honing her shield beyond the limits of man. After many days of travelling by carriage, foot, and even sea, she arrives, finally here for the next step in her adventure.

Abilities:
Stalwart Barrier: Her defense is comparable to that of someone up to 2 ranks above her current tier/rank, however due to this, she lacks true offense, being at least 1 rank below her current tier/rank. (Aka, at Novice 1, she'll have the defense abilities of a Trainee 1, but the attack power of a Student 1.) Cannot go below Student 1. In addition to this ability, her body is covered in a light, but durable shell that deflects most cutting and piercing weapons, but is suspect to being crushed by hammers. A viable weak-spot is the underside of her body, the space between her abdomen between her human part and the abdomen of the beetle.

Shield Shell: A great shield that is even harder than her shell somehow, being able to protect her against most attacks within her blocking range. Unlike her shell, this can resist crushing attacks acceptably.

Shell Blade: A blade formed out of the same material as her shell. While not as sharp as steel, this blade's primary function is to draw and keep the attention of enemies due to it's bizarre size and shape, easily nearing 4 feet in length. This blade is designed more to pulverize than to shred flesh.

Gladiator's Cry: A sound based ability that for some reason, draws aggro to her person, essentially forcing attention to her. While this doesn't interrupt attacks, it will change their next target to herself.

Flight: Underneath her shell on her back, wings exist to carry her short distances or to slow her fall. She cannot fly for very long, however, and must land within 20 seconds of using them. Cannot leave the area flying.

Stone Aura (Earth): Lysanne uses earth magic to bolster her body's defensive abilities by at least 2 tiers. This does increase her body weight by 50 lbs for the duration.
