- THE ULTRA UNDERGROUND FIGHTING FEDERATION (U2F2)
- The Ultra Underground Fighting Federation is a SSBU fighting league for the sake of determining who's truly the stronger opponent. PGR rankings are based off of tournaments with huge brackets that last for several days and require players to play through dozens of unique individuals in order to reach the top. In U2F2 combatants will play by currently established SSBU tournament rules, and will do a Best of 3 of 5.
- A best of five sets that are best of three. At minimum, this could be six games, or at max, it could be an upwards of fifteen games. This format was made with the intention of having two combatants fight at max power, free of the stressful, drawn-out nature of tournaments, and to test their mental attrition. Fighting in this format will require constant adaption and adjustment in play style due to how long a full bout can last.
- There are currently two types of bouts, fights in the U2F2 are to be taken as seriously as possible; they WILL go on your record. Forfeits and unreliable internet connections are penalties that will be attached to your profile.
- CHARACTER SPECIALIST: Two combatants will pick their main and will be unable to deviate from this character for the entirety of the bout. Combatants are encouraged to do whatever it takes to win, and to be wary of the matchup they're getting themselves into. Both players are advised to study the match-up inside and out before beginning the bout; the smarter player will be victorious.
- DITTO BATTLE: Two combatants will pick the same character and fight in the standard format to determine a winner. We've all had the online or real-life friend who thinks they can whoop your ass with your main, this is where you'll settle that score! You've got plenty of time to adapt and become stronger, take them down and prove they're a step or entire flight of stairs below you!
- HARD RULES: These rules are not to be broken or a penalty will be received. Said penalty, however, will not effect your fighting record.
- 1. Do Not Undermine the Victory of Your Opponent: If you are defeated in battle, you are to refrain from excuses/"Johns." This federation is to encourage meaningful, intense bouts filled with sportsmanship and professionalism at the END of bouts. Do not take credit from your opponent. If you're distracted, you're tired, you're hungry, you're "not playing at your best," then you're to not participate until you are; be humble, be truthful.
- 2. Do Not Pick Stages With Hazards, or Other Elements That Could Falsely Determine a Winner: All stages are to have hazards off. Walk-offs are not allowed, as they encourage unbalanced campy play. (Unbalanced in the sense that a single mistake will cost you a stock, this also isn't a good determiner for figuring out who's better.) Overly large stages are prohibited, general rule of thumb is that any Omega/BF Stage Variant, and all Tournament Legal stages are what's to be played on. Exceptions can be made for the sake of entertainment or preference.
- 3. 2-Strike Score Rule: When a match has concluded, it is very much obvious who won the bout. Do not make any effort to alter the outcome of a match or apply misleading information about said match. You are to fairly record every game (in the event you do not have a referee.) or risk having a strike be placed under your name. This strike will be placed if you have incorrectly marked a score; bad-faith scoring will be noted. A mistake is a mistake, but a repeat offender will be given an automatic Loss.
- SOFT RULES: These rules are flexible, and are dependant on player preference. These rules must be agreed on by both combatants.
- 1. Trashtalk: If both players agree, you will be completely allowed to make attempts at tilting one another DURING the bout. This is done in order to test mental stability and strength during a bout and encourages goading to expose weaknesses in your opponent. This includes talking shit in chat to a reasonable degree; The U2F2 does not advocate hate-speech of any kind and doing so will land you a penalty. However, this rule is no longer in effect the moment the bout ends, or when you have reached Set 5 Game 3. This rule does not cover T-bagging or in-game taunting, all of which is allowed at all times.
- 2. Unorthodox Stage Choices: Depending on how players want to do this, they can either agree to go Tournament Legal only, or implement other reasonably sized, hazardless stages to play on. Anything outside of BF/Omega form and Tournament Legal Stages is considered an Unorthodox Stage Choice, and it is entirely up to the players how many of these they would prefer to allow. Both players must agree on an Unorthodox Stage in order to play on it. (Refer to Hard Rule #2)
- 3. Redo: There are sometimes matches that could be described as "mud wrestling" moreso than an actual fight. A game can be re-done if both players agree for the sake of keeping all wins centered around clean games where both players can agree that they lost or won in a satisfying way.

- CLASSES
- God-Slayer Class [NOT YET OBTAINABLE]
- Legend Class
- Champion Class
- Professional Class
- Amateur Class
- Street Class
- WINS, LOSSES, AND EQUALS
- Overwhelming Win: Occurs when you win 3-0 in your bout. You have proven yourself to consistently come out on top over your opponent; you are undoubtedly on another level.
- Win: Gained when you beat your opponent 3-1, they put up a decent fight, but in the end you came out on top.
- Equal: This is basically a technical "draw", and can only occur when combatants reach Set 5, Game 3. The two of you were on the same level during this bout, but one of you happened to pull through right at the very, very end. The actual winner will be marked, but it will still be listed as an Equally Matched Bout.
- Loss: You lost 1-3 to your opponent, you aren't too far off from going even with them! Hit the lab, get some rest, and make sure to eat properly, then come back for a rematch!
- Overwhelming Loss: You were destroyed by your opponent 0-3. Maybe you took a game or two, but in the end you weren't able to win any sets. Remember, rematches are encouraged, and perhaps you can turn the table! Try again next time, kid; train hard, and come back at full strength, we'll take them down next time!
