!!!Navy Joker Undead

*Immortality: As the 54th and final member of the unkillable race of beings known as the Undead, Kenzaki has given up his humanity to become the Navy Joker. As a result, he possesses complete immortality - it is a physical impossibility for him to die. While he can still be injured or hurt just like any other being, he will continue to live despite the extent of the injuries inflicted on him. This includes disintegration and complete destruction, as his body is capable of complete regeneration. The only way he can be neutralized permanently is to be sealed away in a Proper Blank card, an empty card from his home universe designed to capture Undead and seal them in a state of semi-suspended animation. He possesses above-average attributes compared to a standard human.


*Emerald Rouzer/Berserker Instincts: As Kenzaki was changed into the Navy Joker from his human form, he can remain human for extended periods of time. He can manifest the [[http://images4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20121216075236/kamenrider/images/thumb/5/5e/Navy_Joker.jpg/320px-Navy_Joker.jpg Emerald Rouzer]] as a human, allowing him to transform into any of the Undead whose cards he holds. However, the irrepressible combat urges of the Navy Joker can resurface in times of great stress or danger, resulting in him going berserk. In his Navy Joker form, he possesses immense strength and the ability to fire energy blasts from his twin blades. While his King Form matches it in raw power and outmatches it in versatility, it lacks the irepressible bloodlust that makes it so dangerous.

Please note that I will be creating new Rouze Card combinations as my imagination allows, and that Kenzaki can already unlock the full power of all of his forms due to his perfect fusion ratio. Note that Kenzaki can transform into any of the Undead Avatars listed, although their general power is severely lacking compared to any of his main forms.

!!Personality/Bio

Selfless to a fault, Kenzaki is a kind and extremely idealistic young man. He lost his parents to a fire at an extremely young age, and the experience caused him so much trauma that he swore that he would protect everyone he could from suffering similar pain. This resolve gained an avenue when he was scouted by the Board Of Archaeological Research and Development ([[RecursiveAcronym B.O.A.R.D]] for short), who hired him to become the first user of Rider System 02, a technology created to hunt down and reseal the Undead, who themselves were engaged in a BattleRoyale to decide the evolution of life on the planet. As he gained both allies and enemies in the form of both other Riders and Undead, Kenzaki learned yet another thing - he was an individual with an impossible genetic potential. In other words, he would become a Joker Undead through prolonged use of the Rider System. If the Joker Undead won the [[DepartmentOfRedundancyDepartment Battle Fight,]] the entirety of human civilization would be destroyed - and yet the first Joker Undead, Aikawa Hajime, had become one of Kenzaki's closest friends. Faced with the impossible dilemma of either ending his friend's life or letting humanity die, Kenzaki took his fate in his own hands and gave up his own humanity, becoming an Undead to put the war at a stalemate. With that done, he set off to wander the Earth, leaving Hajime to live his own life as a human. In saving both the world and his friend, he gave up all he knew for an eternity of solitude.
