1. open <http://access.sap.com> then click on your region on the map, then click 'Training...' on the left
   use User: A70948837-0## password FBE_CP100_04
2. Click *once* on 'Remote Desktop' icon.  --> (if popup, select 'Permit...')
3. Enter Computer name = DD-ECC617CISCC-001 Tenant ID: v0345  and click Connect
4. When prompted for username click 'Use another account' user = **train-##** and password = **initial**
   on the orange popup warning: Check the box 'Don't ask again', then choose button, Yes
