- Tsaaq: Bliss had been watching television in the dark despite knowing that was bad for your eyes, watching Beyonce's VMAs performance and despite loving it she couldn't even enjoy it cause she was depressed.
- Covet: -Eli made his way upstairs and walked in, seeing the place was very dark and cave like, despite the TV being on.- Hello My Dear. I'm off work now... How has your evening been? What's this? -he asked knowing it was Beyonce but didn't know what the event was.-
- Tsaaq: "Beyonce's performance from the VMA's this sunday." She answered him. "It was pretty amazing. Her and Blue Ivy looked like Serenity and Rini on the red carpert. It was beautiful." She sighed, sounding sad still. She pouted before looking back at Eli then turned to face the television once more.
- Covet: Oh, that's cool, Looks like she really slayed it? Is that the right term they use these days? -He shrugged and walked over to her, sitting down in the recliner, watching her face for a long moment, before he spoke up- Talked to my Dad today...-he started then paused, because he didn't want to upset her anymore than she clearly was.-
- Tsaaq: Bliss shook her head slowly at him. "Don't say that." She chuckled at him. Her face went a little pale once he mentioned talking to his father. "Oh..." She trailed off, looking very upset already. "You're breaking up with me." Bliss whispered before trying to roll away. "I'll get my things then." She said morosely then tried not to hyperventilate.
- Covet: No no no Stop -he said getting up and rushing over to her- That's not where I was going with that at all. I promise...-He said grabbing her hands and kneeling down to her level, looking at her with a very concerned face- Why are you jumping to that conclusion?
- Tsaaq: She whimpered a little and looked up at Eli, fighting her tears. "I don't know... Because everyone leaves me?" She answered him unsurely then shrugged her shoulders. "I assumed I've been hanging around the apartment with a little storm cloud over my head."
- Covet: I'm not going anywhere. -He told her- You might have a little gloomy storm cloud, but it's one that completely understandable. But that's not making me want to run away. I wanted to tell you about the conversation with my Dad, but I didn't want to make your storm cloud bigger...-he said trying to explain to her.-
- Tsaaq: "Well if you're not breaking up with me then what else could you have to tell me?" She asked him, looking extremely worried. Bliss was even shaking a little.
- Covet: I talked to my Dad today. I've been.. frustrated...because I want to do more to help you...I'm angry at your Dad, and this whole situation...and his treatment of you. So I was asking him for some advice... I updated him a little bit without giving too much information -He said looking at her- I didn't want to infringe on your privacy... But My Dad told me to tell you, that if you would like some temporary psuedo parents for any amount of time, They love you and would be more than happy to have you around. -he gave her hands a squeeze-
- Tsaaq: Bliss' eyes became moist and she looked away. "Oh theoretical god..." She said, sounding mortified. "I'm a fudging charity chase for goodness sakes." She whispered as she covered her face.
- Covet: No. That's not it. -He said pulling her hands away from her face- They genuinely care about you. I think more about you than me -he chuckled lightly, trying to get her to ease up-
- Tsaaq: She frowned and nodded her head slolwy. "Well... It's very kind of them." She began to say with a pout. "But it just isn't the same..." Bliss trailed off. "I couldn't intrude." She sighed.
- Covet: I know it's not the same, and I know they don't have a lot to offer, but you wouldn't be intruding. You're already like family to them. They like me just want you to know that they're not going anywhere if you need them. -He told her furrowing his brow as he carressed her cheek-
- Tsaaq: Bliss lifted her head as she looked up at him. "Thank you..." She said with small voice. "I just-" She murmured. "I just don't see the point in anything anymore." She said somberly.
- Covet: You're welcome -He told her looking at her eyes, listening to her. He pursed his lips together then stood up making his way into the pantry, rumaging around until he had something in his hand and came back to her, getting back on her level- What if I helped change your mind about that?
- Tsaaq: "How could you possibly change my mind about that?" She asked with a very hopeless and exasperated voice, watching him as he made his way back over to her.
- Covet: -He looked down at his hands then looked at her- What if we tool all of this and end this chapter... and we start a new one? -He asked her reaching out for her hand and taking a stupid cheesey twist tie and started to wrap it around her finger- This isn't a proposal... but... a promise... That I'll never bail on you, or run away... I want to be something stable for you...and constant. I can't bring you a lot of luxury... but I will do my best... and I will be there for you emotionally... no matter what. -He looked up at her, looking rather serious about this-
- Tsaaq: Bliss's gaze shifted to his hands a moment, looking extremely puzzled while her eyebrows knitted. She watched him put the twist tie on her finger and stared at it a moment. She lifted her head and gazed into Eli's face before frowning widely and draping her arms around him as she just let the tears go from her eyes. "You promise you'll never leave? You're absolutely sure?" She asked him while sobbing a bit.
- Covet: I promise, I'm absolutely sure. One hundred percent. -Eli hugged her closely running his hands through her hair as she cried, and rubbed her back- You deserve at least that much, and I'll do my best to make sure you get that. -He brought her head back and wiped away her tears, pressing a kiss to her lips- No more tears... kay?
- Tsaaq: She sniffed hard, trying to wipe her tears as well as she nodded her head. "Okay." She sighed loudly then forced a bit of a smile. "Alright." She said to confirm it. "Can I still sleep?" She asked, looking exhausted.
- Covet: -He gave her another hug and chuckled pressing another kiss to her head- Of course, can I join you and hold you close tonight? -He asked letting her go to stand up and walk around to the back of her chair to push her into the bedroom-
- Tsaaq: She nodded her head. "Yes please." She said quietly as she looked back at him, smiling a little as they headed to the bedroom for sleeps.
