QA FIRST ROUND - PRE BETA - REPORT/REVIEW V2.1


SIGN UP:


-You’ll need to ask for an Account creation.
-Once the creation is approved, you should receive an email in the account registered, that will contain your temporary password.
-Log in to the app with your email account you just registered and the temporary password.
-Enter your full name and new password.


FLYERS VIEW:

You’ll a main view of the application. It will have File Cards with an Image of the file, the title of the Flyer, and a Contextual Menu (three points menu).


-FILTER

At the top of the app, there’s a filter option which will filter what kind of Artist or Venue you want to specifically see.


-UPLOAD

Click the button in the bottom right corner with a Plus sign.

You can choose to upload an Artist, Event or Venue, each one of them will have their respective information to fill in order to complete the upload process.

-File Card menu (three points menu)
In this menu you’ll have two options, Copy link to share the file with others and Replace to modify the selected Flyer with an image of your choice.


-EDIT SECTION

When you click a File Card you will enter the Edit section. This will allow you to modify the Flyer you uploaded to the resolutions the app is set to do.

You’ll have three different rows:
	-Master
	-Squared images
	-Wide images.


-If you change the Master one, EVERY image will be replaced with the new one, and each resolution will follow.

-If you change the Original of one specific row (e.g. Squared Images), EVERY image of that row will change accordingly only in that row.

-If you change one individually, it’ll reflect the changes only in the you selected.


For every step, the process of changing the resolution will execute automatically.

Once the processing has finished, you can share the final result by clicking Copy link, inside the menu of the File Card you’ve chosen.
