Annie doesn't really even know Jake that well to form an opinion either way of him, the general place hasn't been a place she goes to unless she is forced to. Not so much Jake that drives her away. She rubs the back of her neck awkwardly as she gets to her feet to get another cup of coffee. The wolf following her like she was going to leave him or something. " I'm not going anywhere, geez, Toodles. " She comes back to the same spot and almost sits on him, " Ok. Next time, I am gonna squish you. You watch. Nascha goes to wash her hands, comes back, has a seat again about the same time Annie does. She reaches over to grab her bow and carefully checks it over. She glances up as Annie speaks again and she blinks a time or two. "Why would I hear from Justin. Are you still angry at me for reporting what appeared to be a potentially life-threatening situation?"
Annie says, " I thought you two were a thing and all. " She breathes out, " No, I am mad at you for just taking what he told you and didn't talk to me at all before going to people in my tribe who put me on trial and punished me for something that was something /he/ instigated and was totally in the wrong for. "

Journey comes in from the paths to the outside world, carrying his customary extra duffel of supplies, passing it off as he walks to the valley floor, stretching his arms and turning his torso. Streeeeetch.
Annie snorts and is about to retort but then Journey comes in and she tenses, falling quiet, eyeing Journey as he comes this way.
Nascha doesn't notice Journey, actually. She's intent on Annie. "You may or may not believe that. If it caused you issue where it shouldn't have, then I'm sorry. I did what I felt was right at the time." To note, she isn't yelling about this. Her voice is pitched quietly so business isn't spread all over the place
Journey walks up, apparently unnoticed by Nascha, so he walks RIGHT UP BESIDE her. "Hello." He says mildly, looking between the Kin, "S'up guys?"
Annie 's gaze follows Journey to be beside Nascha, not responding since they have company. "Oh, nothing, Journey-Rhya. Just chatting about stuff and things. "
Nascha glances up as Journey comes beside her and she smiles. "Hello, Journey. How are Vesta and Stephen doing today? Annie and I are working through some issues we seem to have."
Journey nods, looking from Annie to Nascha, "Yeah, I've been there." He says, and then smiles, "They're doing great. Stephens learning to howl, it's just amazingly cute. I mean, -I- certainly don't know where he gets it from." Like he didn't teach his son to howl. Innocent. "But things are really good at home, thanks."
Annie looks to Journey, " You've been there? Because have worked through so much. Best buddies over here. "
Nascha nods to Journey and gives him a smile and starts to say something, then... doesn't. She isn't quite sure what to say to Annie's statement, so she looks down and lightly rubs at a spot on her bow.
Journey smiles to Nascha through Annies statement, then pivots on his feet, smile still in place as he looks at Annie, "Not at all, Annie. I've just had enough dealings with you. I learn from them. The experiences have taught me what to expect from you." He shrugs slightly. Water off a ducks back for the moment.

         Amethyst and Firebird carefully make their way in. She's in cutoff shorts, a blue plaid shirt with the sleeves rolled up, and a tanktop that clearly has something in binary across the front of it. Backpack in tow, she's more than likely headed for the shrines. But there's people here! A smile crosses her lips as she waves to anyone who notices her passing through. Notably, her tech has been stowed away politely.

He nods to Journey and says, "I need tendon material for my robots, but the materials I've had aren't.. right. They don't work." He then double takes over at Annie and stares. "Hey, Ame," he says quietly. "How uh... how you doin'? It was good seein' you at the meet last night."

         Amethyst pauses. Dead in her tracks. And she looks, really -looks- at Annie, like she's seeing her for the first time. Firebird grabs a curl from Amethyst's hair, and tugs at it. Or maybe he's grooming her, Spirits and birds are both precocious things. Amethyst tolerates his antics, but makes a straight b-line for Annie. Furio's harsh words earn a silent frown and a lack of a reply from the slim kinmagi. She plunks down beside Annie, putting her backback between her feet. Her frown is gone by the time she plops down. "Hi," she offers simply, with a soft smile to Annie. "I've seen you in Roasters a billion times, but, don't think we've MET met. Didn't know you were family. I'm Amethyst."
George has arrived.
Journey looks between Annie and Billy and... Multitasks. Looking to Billy, "It's not gonna get better later. Uh look.." He looks to Furio, "Furio, do you want to straighten out Billys Credit card, or do you want me to have Vesta do it? Your choice really, Tribe or Pack, it can go either way. But I'm about to lay down some hard truth here, excuse me."
 He then waves to Amethyst, before rounding on Annie, "Really? When was this? In the Shrines when you were stripped down to underwear splishing around in front of Antoine? Is that the problem here? Did I cockblock you when you were in front of the new guy who hasn't been around here long enough to know you're a human sized sack of crazy who he shouldn't fuck with a stolen dick? He tilts his head, "I mean you get saved from Ghosts and Black Spiral Dancers, your bacon yanked out of the fire, and all you do is go tumble into bed with others till you need saving again and somehow you want to blame -ME- for it. It seems the only reaction to trying to keep you safe is hate and dramatic overreaction." The sound of slow clapping comes from the shadows of the catacombs as George walks up from whatever he was doing in the halls of the honored dead. He provides no other comment but just observes for the moment.

When Amethyst starts explaining, however, his gaze -snaps- back to her. "Hey! I did no such thing!" he growls. He taps his foot, glancing around the assembled folk. His gaze comes to rest on Nascha for a moment. Then, he turns back to Amethyst. "Amethyst. Come over here, please," he says. "Whatever this is, it's between Annie an' Journey. You don't need to be a part of it."
Billy flicks a fast look to Amethyst due to her proximity, before dropping his sacks of Stuff on the ground, and hurling himself into Philodox mode. "Amethyst, being as how you've just met Annie and entered into this argument, please refrain from dispensing defense or judgement without appropriate information or evidence. Annie, you took Alim to bed with you willingly, regardless of what happened after the fact. It doesn't dismiss rape, but you did take him to bed willingly. You've also admitted to far more fraternizing with more people than this and lies are dishonorable. You need to produce a legitimate reason for constantly picking fights with an elder, or you need to stop. Completely. Entirely. 'I don't like you' is not a legitimate reason for anything, especially after giving a litany of instances in which said elder has in fact had your back. You no longer have a lack of education on which to place the blame, you know better and are supposed to be learning and striving to be an adult. Under a full moon, revealed to be withholding information from the Tribal Elder, you play like there's nothing more important going on than some silly childish game. As for -doing- something about it, you better think about it carefully. I don't know if you know this." He moves into Annies personal space, "Shu. Is Dead. George and I killed him. The Ghost George destroyed."

 Then Amythyst breaks his concentration, and he looks at her, "Listen. To Furio. Do not make me argue on two fronts, or I may lose my focus enough to get angry." He points at Furio, "Go. Now. Assemble what you want to say when I am done here. I will address your concerns then."

When Billy speaks, Journeys concentration divides again and he pulls back to collect himself slightly. He breathes out, "Almost dipped into the special effects budget there."

George pays attention to the Philodox on duty and the other Elder already involved when deciding to stay clear other than nodding to confirm and support Journey's words.
Nascha leaaaaaaaaaaaaaans a little more, still in the grasp of the rock man. The rock just hauls her back to center. She looks a little angry.. well, she looks a lot angry. She opens her mouth to say SOMETHING and she gets as far as 'I' and then the rock just.. clamps a hand over her mouth and hoists her up from the ground and tucks her neatly under one arm with his hand still over her mouth. She stops trying at that point and just.. sort of sags. Rockblocked.

I was once told this place was a welcoming sept, who protected, loved, and cherished all its Kinfolk, and we'd never find a better home than here. I'm starting to seriously question that, in light of my own personal experiences and things I've witnessed as of late. Annie, we are leaving, and we are going to go find you constructive help that doesn't involve sassing Elders 'cos I like living. Have a good day, sirs. We won't disturb you anymore." Amethyst is all but dragging Annie off. Now.

Furio's brow darkens even further. The big man is getting -angry- now. But under the anger, there's the stirrings of... not quite fear. Not yet. Nervous tension though, that abounds. He looks between Amethyst and Annie, then turns his attention back on Amethyst. "Amethyst... please. Come over here. We can talk this over. It ain't what it looks like, I promise." His fingers twitch as he drums them on his arm. What he wouldn't give for a dose of parallexin right now. But his e-cig is locked up in his lockbox, along with all the rest of his tools. But lacking magickal power, he falls back on his presence and elder age to lend him weight. Even if there's a quiet note of pleading in his tone. "Please?" he asks her, lifting a hand to beckon her over.

         Amethyst stops, and shakes her head slowly. It's Billy who's got her attention. "Alright. I don't know how your tribunal justice system works, Billy. I'm a noob. I get she sassed him, and that's not cool. I see it from the standpoint of a medical professional and a lotta years working with humans -- she's a victim, she's hurting, she needs help. She's family, and if anything is fucked up, it's on us as a Nation to help her as best we can -- that's what I was taught, so far. I was told y'all would murder us if you got mad, and, I don't want anyone dead today. Or raped. Or hit. Or whatever. She deserves a chance to heal, so she doesn't /feel/ like she's gotta lash out." Amethyst's gaze is slow, as it travels quietly, from body to body. She stands by Annie, unwilling to budge. Maybe she doesn't have the whole story, but from her perspective, it's a bunch of angry wolves circling a helpless girl, and Amethyst is -not- about to let someone die again in front of her.
Connor has arrived.

Billy looks to Journey and inclines his head, pack alpha and elder words taken pretty much literally. "I will escort you to Eloise if this is the new goal." Newp, not letting the pair wander off on their lonesome, the Judge has two people crying Eloise, and so Eloise it is straight away if that's what's happening, no side trips. He nods to Amethyst and says, "Admirable. But please do not make the mistake of making snap judgements and diagnosis with people and situations you have only just now come upon. If you want training in Garou legal matters, the Philodox auspice will give you such instruction to avoid future moments like these." Back to Annie! Whew, it's like doubles tennis up in here. "Journey did not call you these things until you provoked him to snapping at you, do not cite his comments of evidence of rumor spreading, they are not. At no point in my association with Journey has he ever spoken an ill word about you aloud, and until there is testimony otherwise, you accusations are hearsay and still provide no legitimate reason to continue picking fights with an elder war machine."

Journey starts to say something, but Billy's got a full head of half-moon steam going and he blinks, looking at the Lupus and seems to lose all his momentum at the straight talk from Billy. He blinks once more and just looks at the Kinfolk.
Annie says, " Alright. Do that truth thing. See if he has said that to anyone else before. Get the spirits in on this. I don't need to call more proof than that. "

Furio's hand drops as Amethyst refuses to move. Instead, he lifts it to his face, rubbing at it. "Ai, ma-don-," he mutters to himself. "This is fuckin' ridiculous." When Annie demands truthcatching, his expression becomes agonized. "Jesus fuckin' Christ, are you kiddin' me with this shit?" he asks. He looks around at all the folks assembled, and takes a step back. He shakes his head, sighing heavily. The big man feels powerless, and it shows in the slump of his shoulders and the quiet expression on his face.

         Amethyst's expression is unreadable. There's a -lot- going on in her mind. "Lessons on -anything- pertinent to survival are appreciated, my education has been very, very cursory and woefully lacking, and I'd be happy to learn in full what I need to make /better/ judgement calls, sir. I don't know the whole story. My experience colors my actions." She looks to Annie. "I dunno your story, Annie. But. I know if you're still lashing out and hurting, something's not right. Maybe Eloise knows a healthier way to bring it to surface and address it constructively? You said you got help, but.. I'm not convinced it's enough. Like... just calling out an Elder.. y'can't. It's just not right, either. I'll go with you and Billy and make sure you get to Eloise, if that's what they decide."
From afar, Amethyst just headdesks and sighs.
Connor wanders on down the forested path. He's got that long bag of his slung over his shoulder while his satchel rests against his waist, clinking lightly with the sound of glass
George shakes his head "If this is going anywhere it should be to the Den Father as the relevant sept officer."
