- Description: The group broke into Sandra’s home looking for items to steal, telling them “We're going to kill you and we're going to get away with it.” Neely and Griffin then attacked the family with knives, injuring Christine and her kids, before going upstairs and attacking Sandra and her husband Kent. The group was caught when the police showed up as they were attempting to flee the scene. Sandra died in the hospital January 5, 2013. Christine’s son sustained permanent injuries to his hands, which no longer have complete sensation.
