_W means hold W and jump (and same for ASD)

Slide notation:
- means just slide normally and jump when at the end
17 means jump 17 times until you're off the slide
17- means jump 17 times but slide a bit before doing the 18th jump
D means double jump as soon as you're on the slide
17D means jump 17 times and the 17th one is a double jump
-D means slide a bit and then double jump
17-D means jump 17 times, then slide a bit and do a double jump
