Part 2

And so during the entire thing with Rupa I thought Ren was one of my closer friends on Discord at the time.  (so I thought).   We had a good rapport, we played off eachothers jokes well and talked a lot in DMs.  I was comfortable around her because I didn't find her romantically attractive.  So I'd talk with her about my stuff with Rupa, she'd sometimes talk about her stuff with Stephen etc etc.  Then me and Rupa had our split and Ren started acting weird, ignoring me when I'd say hi, would just kind of shrug off my jokes and she'd flake out on plans more.


This was around the time Stephen had broken up with her and she was really depressed and basically turned to discord as her sole source of attention and self-esteem boost so she started sinking all her time into playing games with various boys (particularly the young and impressionable ones) because they'd be the most loyal and shower her with the most affection.

But I wasn't too concerned with that at this point (everyone likes a little extra attention) I was concerned with why this person I thought was my good friend was basically ignoring me.  So I brought it up with her like "Hey you've been acting really weird lately, ignoring me when I say hi, ignoring my jokes, etc..."  And kind of jokingly added "I'm not looking to be one of your e-boys or anything haha, I dont look at you in that way, I just want my good friend back".


And then the first thing that made me start to think something weird was going on happened because in response she played dumb to everything.   "Whaaaat?  Ignoring you? noooo I'm not doing that!  E-boy? what?  tee hee you're not an eboy xd".

And I was just kind of like "uhhh ok?  well dont be afraid to like say 'hi' to me and whatnot, dont be a stranger".  So at that point I basically thought it was 1 of 2 options; either she was mad about something (presumably the Rupa thing) and didn't want to tell me OR she perhaps was never as good of a friend and never cared as much as she pretended to.

I still thought it was the first option at this point.   But so nothing changed, and there was nothing I could do about it.  If she didn't admit to there being anything wrong how could we even begin to fix it?  So I would periodically poke fun at her behavior, I'd make jokes about how she ignores people, or jokes about her e-boys which she was NOT a fan of lol and just made things worse but I was frustrated at how helpless the situation was.


At the time there were two discords in which the OG Pig Pen social circle (about 20-30 people?)  was overlapped and spread between, there was Yip's discord and Dru's discord.  And around this time Ren decided to make her own discord (something she told me multiple times she never wanted to do).  And she kind of picked and chose who she invited out of the two other discords and made it VERY clique-y.  There was already enough cliqueyness between Yipcord and Drucord and Ren's discord just made it 33% worse.  I was in all three and always an advocated for everyone to get a long so I was pretty skeptical and not a fan of adding another discord so I would question Ren about it.   And at this point I'm kind of starting to think it's more of the 2nd option in that Ren probably never really gave a shit.


Well eventually she apparently had had enough, the jokes the questioning of her discord so she messages me and says we "shouldn't talk anymore".  And although I'm annoyed because all I wanted for months was to go back to being friends, I agree thinking it might do us some good.  And I was satisfied this personal issue being handled privately.  Well that changed because immediately she kicks me from her discord and then leaves Dru and Yips discord and blocks me.   Which immediately makes it a very public thing and creates a line in the sand between her discord and the others, basically this us vs them and many people are in both so it's this weird awkward dynamic.

And to top it all off she goes to her discord and blames the whole thing on me, calling me "so needy" and "super creepy" without giving me any chance to defend myself or give my side of things.  So now at this point all these people who have been my friends for over a year, some I consider pretty close friends, start treating me like I'm some kind of creep in various discord servers.  People like Jedy, Yarn, Mubs, and Aboodi.


The only reason I even found about her assassinating my character behind my back was because Funderbolts just randomly DMed me, which was weird because although me and Funder were bros we didn't really DM eachother and at the time he was Ren's "top e-boy" (his words) so I thought she was making him relay a message to me or something.

Well he ends up saying "Hey, Ren is saying all sorts of nasty stuff about you in her discord and idk it doesn't really sound like the kind of person that you are, what's your side?"

So I tell him all this stuff I've told you and give my conclusion that I dont think she ever actually cares.

To my surprise, Funderbolts tells me he's kind of been having similar thoughts about her.   At this point like half a dozen of her "e-boys" had developed a crush on her, like Funder, Sharpshooter, Yip, etc etc...  which was obvious.   But turns out she was well aware of the effect she was having on these dudes and was doing it on purpose.  And was even sharing all the details of all her DMs with her friend Sarah, basically laughing about it.

Turns out the reason she made her own discord was because she had burned so many bridges with the other discords.  I already knew her and Dru had some kind of beef I dont *think* it had been romantic an anyway but who knows.  But funder told me that Yip had like confessed his affection to her and she ended up burning that bridge with him.

So it just made things easier for her endeavors if she could make her own discord, surround herself with her admirers and well-wished and have control over the group.

Needless to say the effects of all this were devastating on the OG social circle.  Yip ended up deleting his discord and Dru's discord has been basically dormant since that time.  Even people who weren't really involved ended up moving on because the group became so splintered.  She eventually even burned the bridge with her "top e-boy" funderbolts too.

Not to mention my reputation never recovered, some people know what happened and at least they still like me and some people are completely oblivious so they still like me too.

So despite shattering the OG social circle and purposely trashing my own character and integrity Ren still hangs around pulling her bubbly "teehee XD" shenanigans in the Pig Pen and elsewhere.

Inundating any new members naive enough to join her clique.
