  1. felt around his ankle briefly as he started to secure the weights around his body. It wasn't a boulder, but he figured placing weights around his ankles and wrist would suffice for now. Once he confirmed thi he started to work on his lower body stretches before he heard the air in his bones pop. (1)
  2.
  3. The slight exercises he was doing were to limber up his body using dynamic stretches, he wanted to start off light as he started with a high knee by raising his knees as high as possible as he jogged in place, it was more so a light run to get his blood flowing after all. (2)
  4.
  5. With a sigh he patted his shoulders a bit as he removed the upper layer of his clothing before he started to start his light jog since he wanted to conserve a bit of his energy at first. He took a breath as he steadied his breathing by doing a continuous cycle of breathing through his nose and out his mouth erythematic. (3)
  6.
  7. He did this as he started to slowly pick up the pace of his jog, luckily doing this made whatever chill he was feeling previously slightly heat up since his body was getting more active as time went on. He felt a ball bead of sweat started to roll down his face as he picked up the pace one again while hie started to feel the strain of the weights around his ankles and wrist starting to come into effect. (4)
  8.
  9. Ekse didn't think they'd activate this early, was it due to the increased fatigue? It was really something he'd had to work on if that was the case as he continued onward pushing himself a bit more further as he felt the pacing of his breathing getting a bit quicker as time went on. (5)
  10.
  11. He wanted to stop, he was just in the midst of what felt like a mile or two now as he started to use his arms to drive himself forward since he felt himself almost deviating to either the right or left, a product of him getting a bit woozy. In order to fix this, he kept his arms parallel as he continued to jog himself. (6)
  12.
  13. When Eske ran instead of drooping his head down he relaxed it, his chin was slightly lowered, but his eyes remained up and alert as it anything were to happen to him. His shoulders were back and his chest was into a slightly taller position, he didn't want to overextend it in front of him as he ran. (7)
  14.
  15. Knowing full well these were warm-up laps he kept his breathing even and controlled throughout his warm-up. Eske’s arms to drive forward without deviating to the left or the right. Each arm should be parallel to the track, or rather the one he had to make in his mind. He took a breath as he looked around the area as he shifted himself a bit before releasing a sigh. (8)
  16.
  17. Uncapping a leather-skinned flask to hydrate himself, but not too much since it could cause some stomach pains while he was running. He scanned his eyes along the area noticing how different the landscape was compared to Vetur at least here in Amazon. He sighed to himself after taking it in while he attempted to mentally see what was the best route to take while running through the jungle. (9)
  18.
  19. He paused recalling all the other times he managed to trip himself up in terms of running through the jungle, the heat being the main thing as he normally didn’t have to worry about it too much given Vetur’s clement was radically different between the two. “I just need to be careful.” He told himself as he wiped his mouth of the water before checking to see if he still had some left. Waving the flask from side to side to listen to the various sploshes the water made before he tied the flask back to his hip. (10)

  25. Eske took a breath as he jog forward at a slow pace. As he ran, his brought his knee up in line with his hips, and bring his foot back to touch his rear. Repeat this motion with alternating legs. Bit by bit he started to gradually increase his running speed, but don't go beyond a moderate pace. (3)
  26.
  27. Since he was mostly working on his lower body the exercise — along with the high knees, power skips, and lunges below — warm up all the muscles of his lower body. This is useful for all runs, but put extra focus on them before a long-distance run, as cramps are a higher danger, which is something he wanted to avoid. (4)
  28.
  29. Eske patted himself down a bit as he moved forward to finish off his stretches by shifting a leg out and plant in on the ground in front of him, with his knee behind his toes. Slowly he lowered his body until he can easily touch the ground with his hands. Hold this for three seconds and return to a standing position. Repeat on alternate sides. (5)

  47. Eske shifted himself a bit after wiping his mouth of the water as he ran a hand through his hair briefly. He was in the process of starting his run again since he wasn’t exactly done. His chest heaved a bit as he shifted himself a bit. “Right, this is gonna be the end of the warm up.” (14)
  48.
  49. Eske took a breath as he started to run once again, when he started to pick up the pace he felt the muscles in his knees strain as they were pushed to their limits. He didn’t hate the feeling as he started to keep his breathing even and controlled throughout the run by breathing through his nose and out his mouth respectively. (15)

  51. Since Eske just finished a run, he figured he should stretch before he’d went on another one.
