Really like it, has an awesome concept & design - specific fish

But held back competitively: in generation 4, when it was released there was really nothing it could do better than other Pokemon. Gen 5 too. Gen 6 gave it a neat niche in a utility Pokemon as it learns Defog & has access to U-Turn. But in USUM even this was taken away when Silvally Water got Defog - it's Bulkier & faster, has Parting Shot & U-Turn, but still can hit hard and has great coverage.

So here are 5 reasons why I think Lumineon should be better in battle:

1. Stats - really underwhelming. Only speed is decent and even then not great. Bulk is ok, but not a wall. And no offense. To improve, a speed boost would be best to keep it's role but make it better. Boosting defenses would also help. Boosting offenses doesn't seem right - it changes the pokemon, and it still probably would not be as good as other offensive pokemon.

2. Typing: Water/Fairy

3. Moves: Whirlwind

4. Moves: Moonlight

5. Moves: Quiver Dance

I really like this Pokemon, which is why I think it should be better - I want to see it used more!
