- Cells are the building blocks of every living thing's body. Cells are tiny in size and highly complex in their structural design. A cell is a fundamental unit of life since no living creature can exist without cells, and it is a unit of both structure and function; it is considered the basic unit of life. Every living thing starts as a single cell. Furthermore, they carry the hereditary material which replicates throughout the body of the living thing. It is the fundamental unit of all living things, despite the fact that cells develop into numerous duties that specialize in different tasks that can help a living thing survive. As a result, it serves as the basic unit of all living creatures, from all other components of the body. Moreover, the living world is made up of a wide range of life forms, such as bacteria, protozoa, plants, and animals, each of which differs significantly in terms of shape, function, and behavior from the others. It takes in nutrients from food and carries out essential tasks that help other parts of the body function. These cells show a unified structure pattern across the board at the cellular, subcellular, and molecular levels. Also, they make life possible for all the living things here on earth possible.
