- Description: High on “black gin” and crack cocaine, Clemons attempted to rob Edward and Robin on Christmas Eve, shooting Robin in the face, before forcing Edward to open his safe at gunpoint, striking him with the gun when he had trouble. Kaiden’s mother, a friend of Robin’s, went inside the house and, upon seeing Robin’s body, begged Clemons not to kill her. Clemons, after seeing the safe was empty, shot Edward twice, before robbing Kaiden’s mother of the keys to her SUV. Clemons’ mother Mines helped carry stolen items outside. Clemons then drove off with Kaiden asleep in the backseat, abandoning the SUV in a nearby cemetery, where it was later found by police with Kaiden inside unharmed.
