- I decided to make a list of some things that I would like to see added to the game. These are things that I feel would make the game better and more feature rich.
- siege zombies break blocks
- * blocks have their own durability
- 1. ex: dirt/grass weakest
- 2. ex: wood stronger
- 3. ex: stone strongest
- zombies upgrade overtime/directly corrolates to amount of people
- weak weapons
- weak armor
- weak archers
- flax creates string
- * string is used to create bows
- Archers
- * sleep cycle
- 1. if archers have less sleep, they are less accurate and shoot slow
- 2. if full sleep, are more accurate and shoot fast
- 3. sleep during day
- (They have to be near a bed to have full accuracy and speed)
- * upgrades:
- 1. faster bow
- 2. armor
- Knight guards
- * knights should be the begining guards instead of archers (makes archers harder to get)
- * have iron swords
- * upgrades:
- 1. shield
- * blocks some damage
- 2. armor
- * makes knight walk slower
- * increases knight health
- * walk slowly
- * patrol area at night
- * sleep during day
- 1. if less sleep, less damage and walk slower
- 2. if full sleep, full damage and walk fast
- farmers have better sleep cycle
- if less sleep, farm slow
- if full sleep, farm fast
- craftable backpack for increased personal inventory
- melee weapons
- * swords
- corn seeds
- * grow 2 high (twice the food per harvest)
- * cost a lot to purchase
- * takes longer to grow
- * creates corn food
- carrot seeds
- * grow fast
- * create carrot food
- * given at game start
- stair blocks
- * blocks you can just walk up without jumping
- spike blocks
- * damages anything that falls onto it
- ladder block
- *block that you and the ai can climb
- stone brick craftable instead of automatically turning into bricks when mined
- stone when mined turns into cobblestone (This seems a bit like minecraft but it makes the most sense)
- * is weaker than stone bricks
- * cobblestone crafts into stone brick
- * cobblestone crafts into normal stone
- farms have farm block once placed where you can assign how many people you want to work on it
- world goes twice as deep
- * ores can be found anywhere based on depth
- 1. coal is relatively high up
- 2. iron is slightly lower
- 3. gold is even lower
- 4. etc...
- quarry
- * assign area to mine
- * creates quarry block in corner where you set how many miners you want to work there
- * miners dig down, giving you stone
- * if quarry runs into ore, the ore breaks giving a set amount of that ore
- weather and seasons system
- * summer:
- 1. plants grow fast
- 2. people work fast
- 3. more zombies
- * fall:
- 1. plants grow slower
- 2. people work slower
- 3. less zombies
- * winter:
- 1. plants grow very slow
- 2. people work very slow
- 3. least zombies
- * spring:
- 1. plants grow at average speed
- 2. people work at average speed
- 3. average amount of zombies
- support for steam sommunity mods that can simply be downloaded and work
- * this would probably be something you do later down the line once the game is more refined.
