how to secure yourself

1. use a VPN
2. use TOR
3. don't use google services
4. use protonmail rather then gmail
5. start using encrypted clients (wikr etc...)
6. start using disposable email addresses for signing up to things
7. start doxing yourself/ be aware of whats out there on the internet
8. start spoofing your mac address
9. stop using windows and MacOS.... spying
10. wipe down on a regular basis.
